I've been to this breakfast spot a few times, and while the first couple of visits were a bit of a dud, this time completely turned things around! Everything was on point. Our waitress was so sweet, and her great service really made the experience even better.The food was absolutely fantastic, and the drinks were just what I needed to start the day right. I highly recommend trying their breakfast shot--it's served with bacon as a chaser, which is such a unique and fun twist! Also, don't miss their breakfast burrito; it's a must-try.This visit made me a believer, and I'll definitely be coming back for more!

$20 for one breakfast quesadilla with extra green chili!!! Wowzers. Never again! Will be going to Adriana's.

Amazing service, beautiful patio, and delicious food! I ordered the Chilladas and they were great, and the patio was perfect and cool even on a hot summer day because of all of the natural shade. Definitely will be back!!

Great aesthetics, great for groups. The staff is very friendly and fast. Maybe the fastest food service we've had in a restaurant like this. The food is just okay. Not great, not bad. I believe 3 stars is very fair all things considered. For the price (reasonable), we might be back.

Great Greek and eggs breakfast ! I love the taste of this meal the restaurant has character. Make sure you plan for this spot and call ahead and or make a reservation or you'll be waiting !

The family enjoys brunch at Pegasus at least once each quarter. The wife especially enjoys the tropical mimosa flight. This place has never disappointed anyone in our family or when we bring family visiting. I always get the breakfast burrito with green chili. Wish I could bring myself to try something different, but it's so good!

** VET ALERT** Food is Castle Rock good. Definitely try the prime rib burrito if they have it. This establishment does not honor veteran discounts and adds an ambiguous "Supplement Fee" onto your bill.

Pegasus is a wonderful casual breakfast and lunch restaurant. It has been a Castle Rock staple for many years, and appreciated by many locals. Along with many others I was saddened by their recent temporary closure, but had breakfast there last Thursday and John and all the wonderful staff are back and doing a great job!

If only I could talk this place into moving to my hometown. What a delicious and highly enjoyable experience we had here a few days ago. Our party of 5 initially wanted indoor seating but there was nothing quite spacious enough at the time of our arrival, so we ended up on the back patio. What a treat this turned out to be, with ample shade from beautiful trees and plenty of space between tables. An added plus for us was that it's dog friendly! Our party ordered an array of items, including the chilladas (BOMB), pancakes, eggs, etc. And mimosas! Each of us was more than satisfied with our choice, and the food came out hot and within a reasonable amount of time. Our server was very attentive without being overbearing. There were so many items that I wanted to try, but I can't pass on anything with green chili (which I can't get at home), so I guess we'll just have to keep visiting Pegasus next time we're in Castle Rock. Bravo to these folks for providing the best brunch I've had in a long, long time!

Delicious lunch, no wait got right in. Very calm inside, not loud music a great to have lunch with a friend. Big menu. Friendly staff.
