This place is the WORST. We visited in November 2024 and there was an event at SouthGlenn so they were very busy. We waited 45 minutes for a table and another 35 minutes for our drinks while the server was on the phone by the bathrooms breaking up with her boyfriend ignoring all her tables.Our pizza came without the ingredients we ordered. As an apology, we received a free pizza card to come back. We left less than satisfied. We should have just walked out.Fast forward to a Thursday night in Feb, we decided to use our free pizza card. They were packed but unable to seat anyone because that didn't have FOH or BOH staff to handle the volume. It took 45 minutes to be seated and another 32 minutes just to get a beer to the table. The parm bites were delish, the pizza was dry and overcooked. Good thing it was free because of our voucher. 2.5 hour dinner front to back....for shitty pizza.This is just poor management. Poor management of staff. Poor management of service. Poor management of the kitchen. These servers had 10+ tables each which delivers mediocre service. She was doing the best she could, she was very kind, but the service was still bad.There is no reason for us to ever return to Parry's. You should avoid it as well.

AWFUL WITH A CAPITAL A and !!!! CameOn Saturday at 1pm the patio was busy with a huge softball young kids team. We walk in and hear a lady tell host to sit at bar. Bar was already packed and we sit at one of the booths as I had my 4 yr old. We wait and wait and wait and wait I even stop a young waitress and ask how do we order? She says you need to ask bartender...like ok.... Not let me let him know or anything to help. Finally order drinks and pretzel and kids pizza and waited about 20 min food came and pretzel was cold, the beer cheese had a film and clumpy. The kids pizza was O-K. Took a few bites or pretzel and was inedible and disgusting. Try to get guys attention at bar to get check and finally get and pay and get out as fast possible to never return.

You are killing me Perry's, I want to like this place so badly. I have done a couple other reviews and every time something was just wrong or lacking. I wanted to give you one more try and come and dine on the inside. Came today. As usual the food was great. The pretzel was a little burnt, but not terrible, but what killed me was the service. Super slow rarely came back to check on drinks just not attentive whatsoever. While we were there the table next to us, who happened to be a local celebrity, someone who works for a news agency. They had to get up and ask the waitress if they could get service because they had waited so long. The waitress seemed very confused at the request and eventually their entire table got up and left without ever having anyone come and take their order. Very disappointed yet again I want to like this place because the food is really good, but it is just not an enjoyable overall experience.

Possibly the worst pizza I've ever had in my 57 years! This restaurant was a hit 10 years ago, but I had never tried it as we were happy with our favorite pizza place at the time...frozen pizza from Safeway would've been better! Burned crust, cheese and toppings. Ugh..

We ordered a gluten free pizza and fries for our girls from Parry's pizza (highlands ranch) through DoorDash and received literally 17 fries and a messy pizza. Called Parry's and talked to the kitchen manager that blamed Parry's corporate about the fries portion size. He also had the courage to tell me he would ask DoorDash to refund my fries. What a joke. They lost a good customer.

Had the lunch special. We had the spaghetti, salads, and pizza. All excellent. Josh was our server. He was polite, responsive, and kind. He represented Parry's very well!

I ordered fettuccine for take out. When I got home and opened it I was shocked. It was all in one big blob. I would have needed to use a knife to eat it. The pasta was so gross. It look like it had been sitting out all night. I couldn't eat it.Stick to the pizza, I should have.

Parry you sunuvagun. This was so disappointing. Not only was it colder than my dead grandpas butt cheeks, but it was so thin and there was no flavor. I'd rather get Costco pizza 10/10 times over this abomination to Italy.

My pizza had HUGE chunks of very raw garlic. I love garlic and had had this pizza before and really enjoyed it, and it wasn't like this before.Still eating the pizza and continuing to fish out all the raw garlic chunks.
