The best donuts ever! A cross between a croissant and a donut, the texture is crisp, soft and chewy. The flavor selections are modern traditional and there is something for everyone. The location is very clean and most were sold out on a Friday morning at about 9 am and service was exceptional!

Just happened to meet up with a friend for brunch at the place next door (Twisted Egg--highly recommend), and I mentioned to her that I needed to pick up doughnuts for a Hanukah party. (fun fact: doughnuts are called "sufganiyot" in Hebrew, and are a traditional food for the celebration of Hanukah). Turns out, this super cute spot was right next door to our brunch place so I popped in to check it out. They had the perfect little mini-doughnuts, including a jelly filled option (score!!), so I got a couple dozen. They were a huge hit at our party, and everyone commented on the perfect combination of chewy/crispy. We'll definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately lately this place is inconsistent at best.Yes, they have amazing flavor concoctions of donuts but the service and taste has been a crapshoot the last two times. Specifically the last time we went was a major disappointment and I know the world is in need of good employees but it seems like they just don't care.We walked in and the male working was yelling on his AirPods in the back and took some time to come out. After that, he continued to talk to the other person on his AirPods and ignored one of our questions then we were talking to each other, would interject. It was an odd experience and to be honest, off putting. Not sure if there was a change in management or what but things have just changed. If you're looking for a good treat, Parlor is where it's at! This place is located in a shopping center and can be hard to miss sometimes, but I saw this place from Parker Rd and I had to stop in.I love Maple donuts and this was just elevated! The base is like a croissant, it's super soft and melts in your mouth! I would recommend this place to everyone for a quick treat. They're only open in the mornings to early afternoon, so make sure you stop in.

I'd heard good things about Parlor but hadn't been in the mood to venture across town just to try some doughnuts. Then, last weekend, while Yelping to find a breakfast option, I learned that there is now a Parlor location in Aurora! We promplty went and purchased a dozen doughnuts to take home and share with our roommates. The dozen was pricey - I want to say around $30, but WORTH IT. The doughnuts are so large that we cut them into quarters so that we could get more variety when tasting them. They are made with a croissant style dough that's a lovely happy medium between a fluffy doughnut and a cake doughnut. The result is kind of like a danish. SO FREAKIN' GOOD! Very friendly and helpful staff and a huge selection of flavors to choose from! I am very much looking forward to them adding a dining room in the future and offering breakfast foods. Parlor is going to be hard to resist!
