My wife works nearby so I wanted to bring some pastries in the morning for her and her co-workers. I had been into Paris Baguette a couple of times previously so thought I would just go in and grab a few things. They have an interesting process...instead of telling people behind the counter what you want and having them box your items for you, they have accessible cabinets where you can choose and box what you want. So I grabbed a box and set of tongs and started filling my box and one of their staff came out (Cade, Cole???) and asked if he could help and get me another box (the boxes are kinda small). I said yes and he grabbed another box and let me know that they had some fresh items coming out of the kitchen and asked if I wanted to give them a look. Okay, maybe I am a sucker for an upsell, but the fresh stuff looked and smelled amazing. I grabbed a couple and headed to checkout. The staff worker that helped me stayed with me through check out, then escorted me to the door and opened the door for me (I had 2 boxes in my arms).Admittedly I am gradually becoming a skeptical older guy, but really thankful for a place that appears to train their people attention to detail and how to care for others.

Stopped by for some lunch with my kids after a Trader Joe's shopping trip. There are so many options, I could eat there every day and never get bored. We opted for some quick sandwiches and drinks for there, and some pastries to take home. The sandwiches were so, so good. My kids talk about them every time we drive past. Once we got home and tried the pastries, we loved them even more. The pineapple tart is absolutely amazing. Definitely stop by after your grocery trip.

Wow! The staff is super friendly. The pastries, food, lavazza coffee and the ambience inside is absolutely chill. If you haven't tried this place, you have no idea what you're missing. They offer cake lockers, sandwiches, salad and so much more.

Before shopping at Trader Joe's (nearby), I stopped at Paris Baguette to purchase some pastries. As I walked into this establishment, I noticed how clean and new it is. It was great to see staff behind the one case of pastries, hard at work. I love the operation of this place. A line forms from the check out area all the way to the front entrance. It's an L-shaped line. At the beginning of the line, you have an option to grab an already assembled empty pastry box or individual pastry bags. They also have a rack of tongs to select the pastries from each display case. You have two large display cases on either side of the line which moves at a somewhat slow pace that affords you plenty of time to select various pastries. Take your time but don't take too much time!I selected about five various pastries. A few of the pastries I selected were the rice donut and the Biscoff cookie donut. Both were delicious! I'm not that big a fan of Biscoff cookies or the cookie butter. However, I was very impressed with Paris Baguette's donut version of it. It has a wonderful Biscoff cream filling that pleases as it meets the palate. Don't bite too hard as cream will ooze out unexpectedly! It goes good with a hot cup of coffee. Speaking of, they brew a favorite Italian coffee of mine, Lavazza. Great choice of coffee!I didn't need to wait too long to get to the check-out area. The young lady who rang me up was okay. Transactional experience, nothing special. I was mostly surprised with how reasonably priced the pastries and coffee were. I was expecting about $5-7 more dollars more. Overall, the pastries weren't bad. I've had better. However, my favorites were the rice donut and the Biscoff donut. Chocolate croissant I bought was average. I would love to return to try more of their pastries. They have a favorite French pastry that I missed because it was too far in the back of the display case. Next time!I recommend checking out Paris Baguette for a quality experience. They also have plenty of tables to sit at and enjoy pastries along with your beverage. I will stop by soon again to grab something from their French Market. I was eyeballing a croissant chicken sandwich. Looking forward to my next visit!

I have seen a better selection of pastries in the Denver area than here. And they don't just look good, they taste great! Highly suggested to stop in for a pastry and coffee or choose a variety instead of doughnuts

A cake locker???? Yes!!! I think it's brilliant.Self serve section was hit and miss but it was later in the day. I didn't notice any baguettes. Odd being in their name but not on the shelf. We sampled a few things: Mini Garlic Crescents..garlicky and sweet. Cheese Tart.. was okay, just didn't hit me right. Sausage Roll.. this again was just okay.Crab pastry...pretty sure there was no actual real crab in this. This would be a decent place for a quick coffee date. Some outdoor seating available. Seems you can watch someone baking if you hit it correctly as there's a large front window with a kitchen area view. We got everything from self serve so can't really comment on the service I'll go back again when I have a bit more time to enjoy in the space.

Came here for a coffee after grocery shopping in the complex. They were super busy with many tables filled with people enjoying pastries/goodies from their cases. They have lots of variety of croissants, breads, cakes, breakfast sandwiches and more. The coffee was good-- Fun spot to bring guests/meet friends.

First impression was that trays were all wet. Kind of an issue when you need to put pastries on them. I got a bunch of items and all were mediocre, nothing stood out as amazing. The best thing was the sweet potato bun. The cheese mini tart tasted pretty good too. However the red bean bun tasted old and bean paste was dry. The Escargot raisin pastry was super dry and like a rock. Cherry and cheese danish was OK, not bad but not great. Chocolate croissants looked fresh, I didn't taste them. My issue was that everything tasted a little dated, not super fresh. The red bean bun expired today, while the sweet potato bun expired the next day. I thought they bake everything fresh daily? Everything had a very commercial taste. Not sure I would return as there are better bakeries in the area.

We used to love this place. Unfortunately, the food has become underwhelming. The quality and quantity have diminished and we can no longer justify the price vs the product. I hope they can recover and get back to their roots.
