Papa Murphy's

i usually enjoy our local papa murphy's..... tonight, not so much. left meat out of the calzone and staff seemed clueless when i went in to pick up. such a bummer :(

I have been going to this store for almost 4 years at least 7 - 10x/year, I have never had a bad product or bad service from them. Thanks for making my dinner easy tonight! It's sad that some people are so miserable that they will complain about anything. Keep doing what you do best.

Pizza was fine. walked in at 6:50 (they close at 7). guy at the counter said...'we close at 7'. I said...'does that give me time to get a pizza?'. He looked at his 2 co-workers who both kind of shrugged and he said...'I guess so'. Ordered and got in and out by 6:56. I said...'Thank you' and the guy handed me my pizza without a word. My question is... do you close at 7 or do you close at 6:50? Nice job of making the customer feel like a bad guy for coming in when he did.

At Papa Murphy's pizza is pizza. You go for the convenience and not wanting to cook that night. I give five stars to the staff. I picked up a pizza one afternoon and while my oven was preheating, my dog stole the whole pizza off of the stove and inhaled half of it by the time I reached him. I drove back to Papa Murphy's (seriously 20 minutes later) where I got that "weren't you just here" look. I told them what had happened and they gave me half off my order. Everyone seems to enjoy the story and don't worry, the dog is still living happily in our home.

Great customer service, frequent it often and never fail to get a great tasting pizza. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional -particularly Ciera and Lauren. Cant beat it for convenience and cost, especially on a Tuesday!

Pizza is good as always. HOWEVER: they changed their cookie dough recipe and now it is loaded with chemicals and tastes like steaming dog feces

So pretty crazy I called once and I got an answer that just said hello? So I wondered if I even had the right place. Then it got a lot worse he called me a fucking n****r and hung up. I couldn't make this up. Been there before and it is very obvious there is no one managing the location. It's just high school kids that do not care at all about the places reputation or the job in general

It's usually good, close with specials. Occasionally crust is too thin so we order regular

This is the third issue we've had with this particular restaurant. We decided to try online ordering at 2:30 in the afternoon for a 430 pick up. When we went to the store at 4:25 our pizzas were not ready so we waited. 20 minutes later the pizzas were still not put on the racks so we asked where they were... Nobody could seem to find them. They realized that receipts had gotten buried under everybody else's who ordered after us. They apologized and said they would make them as quickly as possible. We ended up getting the manager's phone number because there was no manager on site with the high school kids. That is totally unacceptable. There was a huge line of folks with the same issue as me. We will never go to this Papa Murphy's again. We don't recommend it to anyone.

Horrible service. First of all why are you sending coupons via text that require people to go in store to order and make them wait. Seriously not a safe way to do business and it contradicts the phone message about safety when trying to order via phone.. Second of all the 12 year olds that work there can't even keep track of which orders came in 1st. I had to remind them to make my pizzas after they helped 3 other people who came in after me. Then they got the oder wrong after all that. Now I remember why I stopped getting pizza here. Its sad that I get better and safer service from the local weed shop..
