Tonight was a good night. Whoever worked loaded our pizza with triple the toppings as normal. I think this should be a new standard as the deliciousness was increased. We also tried the cowboy cookies. They were tasty. I was surprised because my kids ripped the package and I had no idea how long to bake. 8 min at 425 degrees seemed perfect. Last note $10 Tuesday's are a regular for our family. Although my cousin mentioned they thought $10 was high compared to dominos or little ceasers. I think it's quality on this one.

$10 TUESDAY!This past week, I was craving a light, crispy pizza to enjoy with my favorite bottle of wine and opted for Papa Murphy's! Normally I love this chain as the pizza always tastes fresh and there are plenty of leftovers. This location though, was not all it was cracked up to be.ORDERING/PRICING: The process is simple, as you can place your order online or over the phone! The $10 Tuesday deal applies to all large pizzas, specialty or traditional! I jumped online and ordered my favorite (thin crust, delite chicken bacon artichoke) and a side spinach salad, for pick up! Often times there is an active coupon - so check their site!STAFF: Eh. Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted until I stood in front of the register and said hi, before the high school age kid noticed me. I stated I had placed an online order for pick up - to which he brought over promptly. Although I was given the correct pizza, the size and crust were not correct (medium, thick crust), although I didn't make a fuss. I still ended up paying for a large when that is not what I ended up with. When asking about the salad I had also ordered, the kid pointed to the low stocked shelf that housed all of 2 salads - none of which featured spinach. :/While the pizza I left with ended up tasting great, I was disappointed in the overall experience. Attention to detail is not their forte, and the young helpers lacked professionalism. In ordering from this chain again, I think I'll go elsewhere.

Love PM. Sad this one is lacking. Especially on the toppings. Skimpy! We have to drive further to another Papa Murphy's where we are able to get their quality pizzas.

This is the best pizza you will find in the area. Loaded up with toppings, much more than the delivery pizza. Plus with take and bake, you can make it as crispy as you like.

PAPA MURPHY'S NEEDS A MANAGER!This Papa Murphy's location was run VERY WELL for at least 10 or 12 years that I've been patronizing this location.Lately...now NOT SO MUCH! (new management)?I used to order $10 pizzas on Tuesday with minimal issues...last two times have been troublesome. USED TO BE: Pick up pizzas (using Pick Up register) out of there in 5 minutes...LATELY:You order with your phone, they say 30 to 40 minutes, (10 to 20 minutes MORE than usual) you go pick them up, and 20 people are in line of ONLY one register!My pizzas are "waiting" for me while I wait in a 20 minute line! UNACCEPTABLE TODAY: I figure new management has fixed the problems of the last two weeks...WRONG! THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE!I called to order $10 pizzas 11 times between 5:30 and 6PM...NO ONE EVER PICKED UP!

DO NOT go to this location!! My home store in Lone Tree closed, so this was my nearest 2nd option. #1 ZERO Focus on the Customer... TERRIBLE Customer Service.... NO Problem Solving Skills!! I ordered the Cowboy pizza. My son does not like most toppings, only Pepperoni. Therefore, I basically wanted them to put his "Other Toppings" on MY side of the pizza, so I would end up with "extra meat" on my side - which was really HIS meat, NOT anything EXTRA!! They charged me ANOTHER $3.99 for said "Extra Meat," which was, again, in fact the SAME MEAT, just from my son's side of our pizza. #2 There was a time when they did not have the Papa's Favorite, which is basically the EXACT SAME as the Cowboy Pizza, but WITH Green Peppers & Red Onions. I realized this as they were making the pizza. When I asked to have the Green Peppers & Red Onions, trying to switch to the Papa's Favorite (that I just NOW learned was an option), the Assistant Manager wanted to charge me ANOTHER $3.99 for "Extra Toppings" that would be included in said Papa's Favorite, which is nearly the SAME Pizza as the Cowboy that I paid for ... I explained what I was trying to accomplish, AND that the pizzas were the SAME Price. "Sorry Sir, we cannot do that mid-order.... 'The Computer'... blah blah blah'" Again, I tried to explain what I was trying to accomplish, and I got more "Sir, Blah, Blah, Blah, our process." #3 Finally, I forgot our coupon as I was the one running around town for errands and to pick up dinner, so, my wife texted me the coupon that we JUST received in the mail yesterday... "Sorry Sir," like I was trying to rip them off over 3 LOUSY DOLLARS!! It was the principle of the situation, NOT the money!! Again, ZERO focus on the Customer or Customer Service. #4 This STOOPID Large Pizza ended up costing $27 DOLLARS when it should be $17.50 plus tax .... WHAT?!?! #5 The Assistant Manager never attempted to understand what I was trying to accomplish, and could NOT care less ... just a total button pusher with NO Independant thinking. #6 This Location is TERRIBLE... and NO FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMER!! For this amount of money, I could buy an ENTIRE MEAL at a 5-Guys or a Firehouse FOR THE 2 OF US (my 10 year old and me) to eat a lousy, overpriced pizza. The High School Kid making the pizza totally got it, and felt sorry for my plight. I nearly walked out of the store JUST on the Principle, but my son was starving at this point!! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE, WHERE THEY GIVE A DARN ABOUT YOU / CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

O027 store was the best pizza I've eaten I don't know who was working but they did a damn good job

What a nightmare... and never again. Used to have decent luck here for basically upscale-ish Totino's pick-up; the luck has run out. And so begins my tale of woe...Ordered a all meat pizza with thin crust. Got a some meat on half the pizza instead. (I have it on good authority that there might have been some cheese hiding under there as well.) Also got 5-cheese bread and cookie dough. Started with the cheese "bread". Followed the high altitude instructions. The " " is because it never became bread, just a dough-lined puddle of grease. Inedible; guessing old dough, dead yeast. The pizza then went in after a careful redistribution of the toppings, plus some mushrooms and more cheese-- rallying, folks! Following directions, put the thin crust in for around 10 minutes then went to slide the tray out from under the pizza to crisp per instructions. Which proceeded to collapse. About a quarter of the dough was torn and it fell right through on to the hot oven bottom, immediately setting off a military-grade smoke bomb. By the time I got that mess under control, the remnants of the pizza was a sodden mess. In the trash and 0-for-2. Off to McD's, but at least we had cookies! Or not...Threw 8 balls of the dough on a tray into the freshly-cleaned oven. Again followed directions to the letter. Instead of slowly spreading out like good cookies should, they began to rise like biscuits!! Cooked to the recommended time; they never did spread or flatten out. Let the scone-like lumps cool, bravely took one small bite and spit it out. Stale taste with just a hint of so. Checked the package only to learn that they had expired 3 days prior! Totally my fault; should have checked given the roll we were on. You could make this up, but luckily we didn't have to. Like I said, never again.

Wow. I don't think I've ever been as disappointed with the lack of toppings for a family size.

Ordered Mediterranean delight pizza (thin crust) online. Got it home - it was regular crust with very little chicken and other toppings for that matter.Garden salad was sad and wilted. My first clue should have been no one is the store T 6pm on a Saturday NightThis business has definitely gone down hill. Won't return. Prices are crazy for what you get.
