We have been buying pizzas from this location for many, many years. Tonight the one we picked up was very sloppily put together including no ingredients within at least 2 inches from the edge of the crust. We went back and an employee made us another one, somewhat unpleasantly. He completed the remake and left it on the counter without telling us it was ready. There was also never an apology. We had pre-paid the pizza and even left a tip. Very disappointing and it may be our last visit.

I've order from here twice and always get papas favorite with jalapeños and bacon well twice they given me a straight jalapeño and bacon pizza then I have to drive back to the shop (I originally ordered door dash) just to get the correct pizza

The manager is extremely rude (the morning shift manager in case there are more) who I felt blown off by, the food wasn't the worst but it could certainly use some improvements. The store is only ever clean at night on some days. Overall the store would not recommend, new management is NEEDED in order for this store to unlock its potential.

This location is consistently good. They get preordered pizzas out quickly and provide fair amount of toppings. My kids are especially fond of their $5 Friday special.

Place has gone downhill. I ordered a pizza without onions. Guess what was all over it? They would not make me a new pizza. They said they would only take 25% off my next pizza. They ruined my pizza, and would not fix their mistake. In addition, the other pizza (that was prepared correctly) did not taste as good as usual. This used to be my go to pizza place. Now I do not know where I will go. They have lost my business. The pizza is now sub par, and they do not care about keeping customers. Any suggestions on a good pizza place?

We love Papa Murphy's. We usually don't have an issue with this location however this Tuesday was concerning on basic customer service. Placed an order over the phone for 1/2 Hawaiian with extra pineapple (don't judge) green peppers and bacon; other half sausage, mushroom, and onion. With zesty herbs and herb cheese blend on the whole pizza. If you haven't tried these seasonings I would recommend it on every pizza.My girlfriend went to pick it up, they did not have the order so I thought I might have called the wrong store. That's on me. She ordered the same order in person and I called the number I originally called to do the right thing and cancel the order. I verified the address over the phone and it was the correct store, they somehow lost my order and were irritated. Again mistakes happen. Upon receiving the pizza.....no extra pineapple, no bacon, and no green peppers. They also charged her $17.75 for this large pizza on a Tuesday. She had to wait back in line to dispute the charges since it's $10 Tuesdays. While I support that what you order should be what you get. That entire transaction including some other left out rude details was too much for her and she left with our incorrect order. So the correct charge and basic pizza making abilities need to be supervised by the customer. I hope that this issue will be addressed as Papa Murphys is our favorite pizza and the owner should not have these compounding issues affect their business.

I am a older guy that has been buying pizza from this shop since it opend. recently I orderd 2 pizza's online. When I went to pick them up I complained about the quality that not even close to what I was used to from this same Shop. There were mutiple workers including the so called manager there at the time. When I questioned the quality of the product the She told me "FU" and leave or she will call the police. She appeared to be disorentated and not all there. With very dark circles around her eyes. the experience was beyond deplorable. BUYER BEWARE THEY USE THE TREAT OF DENVER COPS FOR CUSTOMER SEVICE COMPLAINTS

Went to Papa Murpheys on Thursday the 19th of October, put the pizza in the fridge and cooked on Saturday. On Sunday afternoon I was vomiting and diarrhea and sweats and chills Sunday afternoon, I know it was the pizza because that was all I was throwing up. I would not recommend this Pizza store location for my worst enemy, I will not go back. I don't think they have been trained in sterile work environment.

The best thin crust pizza I've ever had. Tastes so great to eat hot from my oven. pizza never stays hot enough when ordering take out, this is ideal.

Both team members are very rude. I placed an online order for a half & half and a dairy free stuff pizza. I called literally with in minutes of me submitting the online order to inform them I would like extra sauce on the top because I ordered the same pizza before and it barely had any sauce on the top. The worker said okay over the phone. However when I arrived it was the same dry pizza as before. I mentioned it to both workers which both got very rude and said I should have put it online if that what I wanted. Along with some other choice words I won't repeat
