Papa Murphy's

Papa Murphy's is my go to pizza. I actually like the idea that's I cook it myself. I can cook it as crispy or soft as i want and it's hot. Not ordered then wait 30 minutes or longer for it to cool down. They have a wide variety of items such as salad, calzones, garlic bread cookies etc...It doesn't help that it's across the street. Too enticing. The customer service is always immaculate.

I try to give honest , accurate advice and information about food eateries. And you can check them out for yourself. This one just didn't sit right with me. The pizza is good for take n bake , no issue there. I wanted home made pizza tonight. And I didn't have the time or care to make my own dough tonight.So. I thought I'd stop at Pappa Murphy on the way home. And pay for and get a couple of pizza dough shells. And I could dress them the way I wanted. Counter person asked the manager if it was ok?. The answer was no. Ok, i said I'll buy two pizzas, don't put anything on them. Again, the answer was NO. No rhyme or reason why. !!!Well, Pappa Murphy manager. You missed out on revenue for two pizza shells. And any future revenue from me. I know you won't miss it.But my negative report will still be there. And with a Health Department score of 22. I don't think I'll be eating any of their pizzas. Customer service. Is paramount !!! Without consumers, what do you have ?

I should've listened to the review before me you're absolutely correct about the customer service. I called three times to place an order for daughter to pick up. no answer so I asked her to go in and order it if it wasn't too busy. She pulled up while we were on the phone and she says oh no there's nobody here good pick me up a calzone. Daughter came home she could not believe how dirty the store was no one working front nothing on the shelves, no salads, etc. While she was the phone rang twice, and the guy picked it up and hung it she was shocked. Of course it had sauce inside it even though she mentioned no sauce.This store has zero pride, and couldn't care less . If you're wondering why your profits are down cause they don't answer the phone. Calling corporate tomorrow. 360. 882.4608.

This location accepts EBT which is great! The employees are always really friendly and my order is always correct. The only thing I think they could improve on is hiring more people. Usually when I go in, there's only 1 or 2 people working and it makes for a long wait. They especially need more people on Tuesdays when they have the $10 special. I made the mistake of going in there on a Tuesday and they were very short staffed. I ended up waiting 45 mins for a 1-topping pizza. I felt bad for the people that placed online orders for pick-up who ended up waiting longer than some of the walk-ins.

I just want to share that I love this Papa Murphy's in particular. The customer service is great, and they make the pizza in a timely manner. I am always so happy with how my pizza turns out! I definitely recommend!

We have never been to this Papa Murphy's. The one we usually go to was closed. Papa Murphy's is usually our favorite pizza place. This place was different. We were shocked at the terrible customer service. There were 4 (looked like teenagers) working the counter. There was only one other customer when we were there. It was not busy. Not one of them smiled at us or greeted us. It was uncomfortable waiting for our pizza. Incredibly unfriendly workers. Maybe these 4 are not the normal employees but there was not one of them who could crack a smile. Pizza's were great. But great employees are important also. Never go back.

Asked to have a different sauce as we had someone highly allergic. Wanted Marinara sauce vs pizza sauce. Staff asked three people I assume the manager who stated "no". We have ordered the pizza this way in the past without issue.

Review for 1180 S Buckley, Aurora CO. For years I have gone here, however the past several months EVERY SINGLE TIME I order online the order is incorrect. My usual order is a Papa's Fave minus cheese, then I will add extra ingredients to replace the cheese. Today my partner picked up our order, my "Papa's Faves" consisted of Spinach, Tomatoes, and Mushrooms..... thats it. I called saying I was going to come pick up a correct order and the person that answered the phone said it would be 45 minutes because they are busy. That is unacceptable, I had to basically argue that I'm not going to wait 45 minutes... horrible customer service. I'll never go to that store again. Long story short, I went and picked up the 2nd pizza and it was wrong.... SMHNo offers for compensation at all.

I ordered a thin crust pizza and instead got a regular crust pizza, they also left off the pepperoni. I didn't realize their mistake until I got home. I phoned the store and explained what the problem was the person that I was talking to handed the phone to someone else. So, I proceeded to explain again why I was calling. I was told that I was talking to loud, so I lowered my voice and said is this better, she then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager, she again hung up on me. I have sense called the corporate office to file a complaint.When a business makes a mistake that business should try to fix the problem. You don't get angry, and you don't take it personally you try to make it right.

Poor customer service! Forgot part of our order and was told not their problem. Did nothing to help make it right. Will not go back to their establishment.
