Papa Murphy's

We came in today and ordered two XL three cheese pizzas. The staff needs to be retrained because they don't know how to make a pizza. Tall white guy also placed his order receipt on the dough which is disgusting. We had to spread out the cheese towards the edges. The amount of cheese they sprinkled on is a joke. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I love this place. Actually, I love Papa Murphy and not really love this location. I have been going to one on Smoky Hill before moving and finding out this locations pizza seem to taste different than the Smoky location. Since I have been coming to this location exclusively, I forgot the taste differences.pros: friendly employees, quick service and great deals on Tuesdays and also specials on line.cons: watch out for Tuesday specials. sometimes I see phone ringing and no one will pick it up. they are usually too busy making pizzas.I usually order stuffed pizza and as part of making the pizza, they poke a hole using the knife and more than one occasion, they were too strong with stabbing motion and actually went thru the baking sheet creating smoke hazard in the oven.

Ordered online tonight, told to pick-up at 5:43pm. I got there 2 minutes early and waited for another 15min. The entire time, neither of the two working (tall bearded man and short Asian woman) acknowledge I was even there. No hi, not even eye contact. I played along, after all, I ordered online. It should be easy to just pick-up and walkout. I finally asked about my order seeing those that ordered after me got theirs first. Literally, two parties came in after I was there to order and she jumped right on them. They were in and out within 5 minutes. When she finally handed me the pizza she didn't say sorry for the wait or anything. There are plenty of other pizza joints around that care about my business, I'll go there for now on. How does management stand for this, they don't even cook the fucking pizza for god sakes. Worst customer service ever!I just realized they didn't give me a receipt to complain to the company and their papasurvey.com website they give you print outs for go to a dead domain. WTF! We called ahead and ordered a stuffed crust, meat lover's pizza. We asked them to add mushrooms and olives. We arrived about 10 mins later. The store was pretty busy, but they were able to help people pretty quickly. The staff was friendly, and everyone was working on something. There wasn't anyone just standing around. They had our pizza ready after we paid for it. When we got home and cooked our pizza, we realized that they didn't put any meat on it and the crust wasn't stuffed. The pizza just had mushrooms and olives. When I checked my receipt, we were charged for a meat lover's stuffed crust pizza. The pizza tasted pretty good, but we were definitely disappointed that it wasn't what we ordered. When we called the store to tell them what happened, we were offered the chance to come back and get a new pizza, but we were already home and settled. We were given a basic apology, with no other solutions (like refunding our card.) The staff definitely needs to slow down and read each ticket carefully. I would have preferred to wait a little longer for the right pizza, then have my order out fast, but wrong. I don't know if we will go back.

"We can't modify a pizza when we are super busy, just so you know." Really???? I asked for half pepperoni half cheese. Sorry that's too difficult. And after that, the girl making the pizza rudely handed it to me with sparse toppings?! I'll go to another Papa Murphy's from now on. This is the first and last time I will be visiting this location.

The food is great, but the service is spectacular. I made an online order last week, and scheduled the pick up for 6:45. I arrived at Papa Murphy's around 6:30, and checked in with the cashier and paid for my pizza. The cashier looked at me and said, "I'm sorry that your pizza isn't ready yet." Then another employee called me by my first name, and said he'd make it right away. I want to let them know that I was there a full 15 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready, and it wasn't any fault of theirs that the pizza wasn't finished, I just happened to be early.Still, the employees went out of their way to make such a small part of my day a good experience. The service is always fantastic, and while I enjoy the pizza, I'll continue to come back again and again because of the customer service. Keep up the good work, and while you don't have to apologize for something that was my fault, the fact that you all went out of your way to make me happy does not go unnoticed. I would have been perfectly fine waiting an additional 15-20 minutes, but you all went above and beyond. Thank you.

Came in on a busy Tuesday evening before closing and they were very helpful and had a great attitude. Took care of me quickly and had smiling faces despite it being within the last 20 minutes of business hours. I offered a tip but this is a corporate owned store so that isn't available. Which makes it even more surprising to be addressed with such good attitudes and friendly staff! Kudos! Great job!

Worst customer service I have had. 2 out of our 3 pizzas were wrong and we called them and they said to drive the pizzas back and they will exchange them or we could have 50% off next time. Driving in rush hour traffic was not idea so we opted for the 50% off. Today I called and ordered the same 3 pizzas that we had picked for last week and the manager said that they would give us the 50% discount when we come in to pick up the pizza. We go and pick up the pizza and they would only give us a $5 discount and gave us all kinds of excuses and were rude. If you want Papa Murphy's I suggest you go to a different one, this one is horrible.

Very disappointed in our online order tonight! Way to much sauce, overloaded the mozzarella cheese for a thin crust. When cooked the crust wouldn't cook, correctly not happy

The staff and food is amazing. Anything I need the staff are on it and always are helpful with recommendations. If anything is wrong they will fix it with out hesitation. Love this store and staff!!
