Papa Murphy's

My pizza was exactly what I was craving. The staff is on point. Always very clean and stocked (salads desert & starters).

Yesterday, this Papa Murphy's sold me a thin crust pizza with a crust that was TOO thin. We love the chicken bacon artichoke delight pizza. We slipped it off the cardboard for a final browning and shortly after toppings started dropping onto the bottom of the oven! It was a mess! There was a sizable HOLE in the pizza crust! This store has always done right by me over the years, so today I drove all the way back to the store to get a replacement pizza for my troubles. No such luck! A picture did no good. I went to the car and brought in the actual piece with the hole still in it. Nope. The manager stood firm at 10% off a replacement. He said it was only one hole and it wasn't big enough. Well the owner might be proud that the manager stood firm. But was it really worth losing the business of a loyal customer? This was such an easy fix. You don't think I'll tell everyone I know about this? Sad-and short sighted.

It's Friday night and the place is Jumpin! There are 15 people standing in the store milling around. All of us have ordered a pizza as well over an hour ago. I ordered mine an hour and 45 minutes ago. If I hadn't paid for an online, I would leave. Totally NOT worth a wait. It's gonna be a very long time before I purchase Papa Murphy's again because now I have to take it home and cook it!!! I guess I'll get to eat in an hour or so.

The owner of this franchise is a cheapskate. They always skimp on toppings. Their pizza looks nothing like the photos on the instructions that are placed with each pizza. This is a management decision and not that of the teenage kids who make them. Seriously, 12 pieces of pepperoni on a large pie? Wow!

Solid pizza that you pick up and cook at home, fresh! Our family picks up one of these a week, or every other week. We go on Tuesday's for the $10 signature pizza special. Usually a chicken and garlic pizza and a Hawaiian pizza. These are mainly for the kids, as I come from Chicago, that has real adult pizza that rocks! Sorry Colorado, but I can't find great thin crust pizza here, cracker crust, like Rosati's in Chicago. A great thin sausage pizza like Nick & Vito's in Bridgeport on the southwest side. For now, we will make homemade pizza, and go for the value at Papa Murphy's during the week.

We placed a call ahead order only to be rudely placed on hold multiple times. Once we walked in, we were greeted with sarcasm and horrible service. They had the order wrong and the pizza we wanted wasn't ready when we got there, even though they double checked the order over the phone. Melissa the cashier/manager on duty, joked about an ebt card that we were using and rudely stated "that's an ebt card for you" when the machine wasn't working on their side. Horrible place, horrible customer service.

I ordered our dinner online today and had my mom pick it up for us. We had ordered two pizzas and cheese bread. When she brought our food over, she didn't have the bread. (Yes, definitely OUR oops, but she explained the bread was not with the pizzas at the pickup counter). 4 stars because everything was prepared correctly, pick up was quick and simple, one less star just because the entire order wasn't all put together for pick up. I'm happy when she went back to pick it up they didn't question her (I sent her a screenshot of the confirmation email to show them in case they asked for it) and they got her the cheese bread with no problem. This store is always clean and we've always had a pleasant experience with the staff whether it be online ordering or ordering in store for carry out. Will definitely be back in the future- and we will make sure we have everything BEFORE we leave (lol)

Sad to say it, but this is the worst pizza joint in the whole state. That manager Melissa is an awful human and she does nothing but belittle her staff every time I come in for a bite. The friendliness of everyone there is subpar at best, the pizzas taste makes me want to literally kill myself, the taste was so bad that getting the explosive diarrhea afterwards was better than every single bite. I pray that no person or even dog has the displeasure of tasting this dreaded pizza.

Deceptive and bad customer service (Manager Melissa)!! Says one thing then contradicts her story. Papa Murphy's has some good locations but the corporate office and this location don't value customers (just sales). Avoid this location!

Excellent service! Great product! I love that I get to bake the product, and it comes out of my oven hot and fresh! I get credit for cooking dinner, too!
