Papa Johns Pizza

It's a small harder to find location but don't be fooled the pizza is fresh and service is great Awesome employees Matt just helped us out and was such a nice guy thanks Matt !!!

I got delivered the wrong order, it was an all meat order and we have a vegetarian who can't eat meat. I looked online and saw their reviews were awful and I was like "well I guess I see why" so I called the restaurant and the lady was very nice and sincere. She explained everything to me and told me there was another driver not far behind the last with our correct order. The order was under Michelle and we got Michael's food, in their defence those names are very similar and I can understand the mix-up. They did try calling us but the phone they called was turned off. These reviews aren't all fair; we will be a returning customer, thank you Papa John's.

Just awful. I ordered a pizza at 4:56 pm as an order ahead for 6:30 pm. At 7:10 pm I called because I had not yet heard or received anything. After five minutes of ringing it finally answered and I was out on hold immediately. Finally a friendly female answered and I told her the deal. She apologized and said it was out with delivery driver right then. Finally at 7:50 it arrived. Room temperature and not at all what it should have been. I ordered the Shaq a Toni which is supposed to have extra large foldable pizza slices with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. I got a normal pepperoni pizza....Husband tried calling back multiple times and they answered and hung up. Then answered and left phone on counter. Then just never answered. $44 for crappy pizza and terrible service. Photos show what I ordered vs what I got..

Unprofessional, dishonest and rude staff. Order not delivered because delivery instructions were not followed. Called to talk about order and female staff member cussed at me. Asked to speak to Manager and phone was given to male staff member who then hung up on me. Staff refused to give names. Come to find out the male staff member was not the manager and the actual manager is a very nice woman. Dishonest employees lying so they don't have complaints against them.Also my order was deleted and no longer appears on the app. Good thing I still have the confirmation email.

All the reviews for this Papa John's in Parker are pretty shit and i dont know why. Maybe a couple of months ago service sucked but I went tonight and had a great experience. Pizza was done in 20 minutes and looks perfect also the pickup was easy and the staff was very friendly. I definitely will be going back

We ordered a spicy Italian pizza and when we got it 2 hours later, it was missing most of the ingredients and the crust was rock hard. We called and were told they would send another one. We waited from 9:00 -11:00 p.m. and they never showed up. I kept trying to call and they did not answer. They just deliberately screwed us over and left for the night. We called the next day and requested a refund, which the manager on duty agreed to, and to this day, it has never been credited to our credit card. We even called cooperate and they said they would send a message to them. Still not a refund. We were long-time customers, but this was horrible customer service and now they ignore the fact that they owe us credit.

We ordered delivery from Papa John's for the 2nd time in the past few months. Last time we ordered, we got the completely wrong order, not even enough to feed us all, and had to then go drive to pick up our correct pizza order at the store.This recent time, we ordered delivery, 2 specialty pizzas and 1 jalapeño bites. When our food came, 1 pizza was missing, and the box of jalapeño bites was COMPLETELY EMPTY. The driver did not eat them. There was no grease or paper or anything in the box. When we called to complain, they didn't have a good explanation for us and tried to blame the driver. They said they could not deliver us a new order and we would have to come to the store to get it, which we did not have transportation to do so. My friend was refunded for the pizza and bites we did not get but was still charged for the pizza we got, which is ridiculous considering it was 1 medium pizza for 5 of us to eat, and we ended up having to order from a different restaurant for dinner. After 2 bad experiences in a few month span, we will not again order from this location.

Sucks, slow, outsources delivery drivers. Do yourself a favor and buy a frozen pizza, cook it under a flashlight and it will be quicker.

Almost (2) years after my disastrous attempt in 2022, I FINALLY decided to give in and give the Papa Johns location another try. Ordered online on a Friday night at peak for carryout. Order went thru right away, and was ready in 25 minutes or so. Made a some customizations to the pizzas, all we prepared as requested. The staff was extremely pleasant on arrival as my toddler came barreling thru, we were greeted kindly promptly and the pizzas were handed over for a seamless experience. I have to give credit where it is do, as I was truly was terrified to try this place again and decided to just prepare myself to be dissappointed. So glad I did not have to be. Fresh pizza, prepared as requested, and given over wth a smile. We will be back. Great job improving, look forward to continuing to support this location until they give me a reason not to.

I had a same day request to provide 9 pizzas for a 11:00 am team meeting (20 people). I noticed that the Papa Johns location on 10641 Park Glenn Way was open for business at 10:00 AM. That was the first good news! I called at 10:00 AM and spoke with the Mgr (Monica). I told her what I needed and that it was a special tax exempt order. She (and her team) provided 9 delicious, piping hot pizzas on time and ready for pick up. She simultaneously trained a team member on how to process such orders in the future, helped me load them in my vehicle and had me on my way within 40 minutes of me making the initial phone call. She did this all with a SMILE so big that it's quite possible that if she did not have ears - it might have continued around the back of her head (ha ha). Seriously...excellent product and customer service. It's rare to find these days, but I found it today. Keep up the great work Monica and team @ Papa Johns - Parker, CO!
