If i could give 0 stars i would, i placed my order at 11, for delivery at 12:15, when my pizza didn't arrive, i called and spoke to the GM and she said i would have to place another order and be charged twice! then she cussed me out and told me "she didn't give a d***" horrible customer service and unprofessional

We've been here twice since they opened just a few weeks ago. Both times they've gotten our order wrong, and both times they didnt care to fix it. Definitely won't be back.

I have not had Papa John's in a while so decided to mix it up and order delivery. Tonight we ordered a couple large pizzas and garlic knots. The ETA for delivery was an hour, but on a Friday night it was expected. To our surprise the pizza was delivered in 45 minutes. The delivery driver, Joseph, was so kind and polite. He had a excellent attitude, and ensured all of our order was correct before dropping it off. The pizza was hot and we were thoroughly impressed with the amount of toppings on the pizzas. There was definitely not a shortage with the toppings (which is very common when ordering pizza), so we will definitely be ordering from here again soon. 11/10 recommend.
