Papa Johns Pizza

We've seen the ups and down of this store over the pandemic years. They even closed for a short while. Tonight we decided to try them again knowing new management and team members are on board. We ordered a simple, large, carry out and timing was about 15 min. When we went to pick up the order, the store was clean and we were greeted by a very friendly woman who was eager to help. Unfortunately, there was an issue that was out of her control, but she rectified the situation immediately and made it right. On top of that, the final product could have been a show peace. It was obvious they put extra effort to make it right. We appreciated the kind service and extra effort. Thank you to the person working tonight, you made our day.

This place is a s h i t hole!!! If you want to wait 3 hours for a cold pizza order from Dashes. I was told it would arrive in 20-45 minutes. To say the least ir arrived 3.5 hours later with the pizza soggy and cold. Don't order from here. They have stoner delivery drivers that don't care and the pizza is poo. Literally. What a waste of time

Okay, how hard is it to read? Light Cheese! We order light cheese every time and only the first two orders when the store first opened did we get light cheese. At least six of our orders have not come with the light cheese we ordered. One time, we complained in store when we were picking up our pizzas and noticed they were NOT light cheese. They offered to remake our pizzas, then after 10 minutes, gave us our original pizzas back as if we wouldn't notice! So, why do we keep coming back if they regularly screw up our order? Because, even with the screw up, it's still the best pizza available in our small town. That's a sad statement...

I'm not usually a person who is picky about ordering. I don't enjoy being a difficult person when it comes to take-out. Recently I have started a Keto way of life and have steered clear of ordering any kind of take out while I find my niche. That being said, I want to tell you about my experience. I called, 10 minutes before close. I KNOW! I'm horrible! Donna answered the phone. I apologized in advanced and told her. "I'm on a Keto diet and can't have dough." She was quick with solutions! I ended up ordering a mushroom and olive pizza with pepperoni to replace the dough, and 16 bone in wings plain. She was so friendly! She put me at ease after a VERY long day at work, Helped me find a way to work around my diet and my favorite part was that I could hear the smile on her face. THANK YOU FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

Thought about writing a detailed review on the inaccuracy of more than 3 orders, and the unemphatic response from the franchise team at this location after my last order; but, after reading the negative reviews from the majority of others on Google and Trip Advisor, I figured, I got what I deserved. Order pizza from elsewhere in Frederick.

Best Papa Johns in Colorado. Fast delivery service, under 20 minutes from order to door. Food always taste great. Staff is nice and very help full.

Disabled online ordering, which made all online specials void, then charged me extra for calling in an order. Not a fair practice.

clearly the people there do not care about their job or care about anyone else. the customer service is terrible not to mention that the drivers are terrible as one driver was turning left and almost hit me as I was coming at him and he had a red light. terrible atmosphere and if you order their pizza it will take forever and be cold by the time it gets to you. terrible pizza place

I'm not entirely sure they deserve a whole star. Our order was botched. I specifically asked and confirmed the details of the order twice on the phone. All of this was disregarded in it entirety. I don't even know why we bother anymore. Note to self: read this next time first and go next door to Safeway for a Digiorno instead.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered pizza an hour and a half in advance and they called me right when I needed them telling me there was a glitch in the system even though they charged my card. They could have called me before hand telling me this instead of waiting until the time I needed it. Horrible service and communication. Never again
