Papa Johns Pizza

I'm not sure why this location has such low reviews, I have always had a great experience with the staff, and in my opinion it's by best Papa John's in the area! The pizza is always on point.

Horrible business that is too busy to correct it's mistakes. Ordered an overpriced stuff crust and got a basic pizza with the wrong toppings. I called in to rectify it and was told that notes were left on my phone number to remake it.No notes were left and overall, I was given a bait and switch $10 pizza for $18 which had toppings that I am not able to ingest.Glad their are plenty of other pizza places waiting to earn my business.

Didn't know that they gave chicken nuggets with minimal sauce and called them boneless wingsThe fact that I just spent almost $50 on a medium pizza and this bullshit to get some chicken nuggets in a little bit of hot sauce, I hope you guys do better

I'll open the box and the pizza looks so poorly made I don't want to eat it 1/2 the time. It's like they prepare their pizza out of spite. It's a shame. I've been eating Papa John's for 26 years, it's the only big chain pizza I'll eat, but several locations have problems with there ovens and too often I'll get wings that are so soft they feel like supple skin. There's a blonde woman middle aged woman at 10551 E Garden who has the best regard for professional mannerisms and courtesy (she's the reason it's two stars and not one).

Dana was very understanding and helpful with a messed up DoorDash order and made it right without any hassle. she was very patient

GET A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPTS, even for online orders. I placed an order for pickup through the app and picked it up in store. I was never offered a receipt or anything to sign. A few days later, I noticed I was charged an extra 5$ tip. I contacted support and was told a manger would reach out within 48 hours, a week later and nothing. Be careful when ordering here!

Inconsistent delivery and product.Always overcooked pizza and desserts.Calibrate the ovens or train the staff properly.Please let customers know in a timely manner that your store chose not to deliver to them because your store decides we as customers are difficult.No worries. I am a chef... just wanted a pizza. I know why the neighbors don't recommend Papa John's.Please upgrade the telephone delivery phone operator that delivered the message that the delivery would not happen due to she couldn't say.

No stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Horrible delivery service. Ordered a pizza today and never got the order. I called the store and talked to someone who said they called me 5 times and we're at my apartment building. I was waiting in the lobby of my apartment building and never saw anyone come to the door. I also never received any calls. My orders in the past have been messed up but I haven't called thinking it would get better. It hasn't. They won't take initiative to rectify their mistakes. They said they would refund my money. I guess I'll know in 3-5 business days. I have little trust that they will.

This is by far my favorite Papa Johns. You can't beat the customer service here. They are always friendly and professional. The food is always fresh and amazing.
