Papa Johns Pizza

This is our go-to restaurant for good Pizza. We've tried all the franchises in the area, and most of the unique spots. This is the only consistently good pizza. We've had issues a couple of times, but each time management gave us credit to compensate for our issue. Be on the lookout for good deals: there's always coupons available, often up to 50% of menu prices on pizza.

Since the store relocated to a separate building the service and quality have gone downhill.My last order was really disappointing. Ordered delivery while I almost never do- tip and delivery fee and everything.About an hour after delivery time I checked the app and it still said it was pending delivery.I realized I missed 2 calls from what I'd expect to be the driver with no messages and the store was about to close. I don't know what they did with my order but they definitely didn't get it to me and the store has ignored requests to resolve the problem.I'm very disappointed.

after ordering online at approximately 10 Pm, 20 mins latter I get a phone call from someone stating that the store was closed and my debit will be refunded within 24 hours. it's a Sunday evening, there web sight says it closes at 11:00??? my phone call was 10:20. pretty pissed that they aren't supposed to be closed yet, and we could have done something else if we would have known they obviously decided to close an hour earlier than they were suppose to.

First the driver they sent from Door Dash took over 40 minutes after it showed they picked up the order when we live just 8 minutes away. They didn't include a 2 liter pizza that we ordered, they also didn't include pepperoni on the valentines pizza we ordered, and the Papadia was burnt. Although I did receive a credit for the soda, after I discovered more mistakes with the order I called again to let them know that they need to be more careful for other customers that are ordering and triple check the order, she pretty much laughed about it.

This review is from our pizza order for one large pizza that cost is $32. We don't normally order pizza from chains because of how cookie cutter their pizzas are and they taste pretty basic. This order was last minute and because we were near the location (on 120th). It will be the last four not just the location but the chain overall. Bad pizza in Thornton is easy to find and the big chains pretty much are no exception. They got the order wrong, and the pizza was sub par in terms of taste. Papa John's just isn't my thing after this round of horribly over priced and terrible tasting pizza.

The most inconsistent and unreliable location ever. 85% of the time the pizza is HORRIBLE. Only 15% of the time is it good. I wish we had a closer location.

Don't order from here unless you want raw pizza that is the health and safety issue ... it was disgusting. I tried to re-cook it, but it did not work. I had to throw it all away.

I just had the most disgusting pizza I've EVER had, could not even eat a slice of the Philly cheesesteak pizza. They forgot the sauce and meat. I can't even find the right words to tell you what the crust tasted like. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE.

Ordered several specialty pizzas tonight for a party we were having and I was pleasantly surprised at how perfectly put together and accurate each pizza was. I showed up at store at my pick up time and was greeted immediately by the manager Cale Who promptly retrieved my order and asked about any of my other needs for my party like extra napkins or any extra sauces to make my party complete. I appreciate that kind of thoughtfulness he showed me. He even helped me out to my car with my order. That kind of above and beyond service will definitely have us coming back to do business with this PaPa Johns again. I highly recommend this location to everyone. I made a mistake and ordered it at the other location on 120th, it happened to be a busy Friday night and manager/supervisor Josh was so so kind and bumped my order to the front after reordered it here. I appreciated the hospitality so much. I am sure they get this mistake consistently and it could have been easily an annoyance but instead he was so accommodating. Also everyone was super kind for such a busy night
