Papa Johns Pizza

This review is based off of carry out. The Papa Johns app is very easy to use and provides very accurate times when your pizza will be ready. When I pulled into their parking lot my order was ready. I was greeted right away asking for my last name and he handed me my order right away. The pizza and brownies were served warm and were pretty good. I find it tough to give places like Papa Johns, Dominos, and Pizza Hut 5 stars, so I would say 4 stars is pretty good for these types of pizza places.

I was just delivered an entirely raw pizza. After waiting for the food for two times the estimate delivery time (which I get because everyone is struggling to find workers) the pizza was delivered and it didn't look correct. The crust was barely cooked and after trying to pick up a piece - it was stuck to the bottom of the pizza box. I did a little investigating and noticed that ALL of the dough outside of the barely cooked crust was completely raw. Not just mildly undercooked, the dough looks as though it hasn't been in an oven at all. It is white and gooey. Ultimately they took dough, threw some ingredients on top and shipped it out to my house to be delivered.I called the store and when I told the notoriously rude manager that my pizza was delivered entirely raw and I wanted a refund, all she said was "refunded" before hanging up the phone. You'd think she'd give maybe half an ounce of care that she just sent out a RAW pizza.Not only is it disappointing as a customer, but it's a huge health issue if they are not properly cooking the food.

I order at 2:48 pm with may papa johns app and waited 1hour and 10 mins before calling the papa johns store 4258 spoke with the store manager and she said another 18 mins before delivery guy comes back. Right now it's 5 11 PM on Monday not the weekend! Tried calling the store 3 times no one answers. I called corporate 1800 number to complain but have to wait 48 hours before someone calls me back!! I already paid for the food but no pizza and no refund! What a Fu... service! PAPA johns it's your brand going down hill!

If I could give it a zero star rating I would. I ordered a pizza at 10p on a Saturday, waited over an hour for delivery, and then got a notification that is was delivered when it clearly was not. Tried calling the location but no one answered and sounded like a wierd dial tone. Every time I order from this pizza place my order gets screwed up so I think it's best I just never order from a papa johns again.

The first time that we ordered from this papa johns, the pizza was cold and the drinks were not included. We couldn't get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue. We brushed it off and continued with our day. Everyone has a bad day and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The second time, exact same thing. Pizza is cold and no drinks included that cost $6.00 for 2 2 litters. We tried to call and get it resolved. Was hung up on 6 times. We called the manager line and were put on hold for 30 mins before I decided to drive down to the store. Come to find out there is only one person working on a Friday night at 8 pm. The kid is nice enough to remake my order, but management is seriously lacking. I would stay away from any papa johns owned by Green Valley Partners, LLC.

Ordered a simple Pinapple, Pepperoni, Bacon pizza......no pinapple, barley any pepperoni, and noo bacon??? Called back to ask about it and couldnt get my money back!! Sorry I'm confused???????

Pizza is Dowey every time I've ordered from here. Please just bake the pizza much longer that would be perfect. Customer service is good, that's my only disappointment and improvement I'd like to see is the pizza needs to be well cooked.

Just an FYI, but Google has you listed as open 24 hours. If you actually are open 24 hours, I must say, I've had great difficulty reaching you between midnight & 6 AM.

Paid for extra pepperoni and banana peppers cheese not melted I work hard for my money try to support business and they send out shit looking like this
