Papa Johns Pizza

WORST SERVICE EVER! They use DoorDash now. Driver picked up my food and went to some resort for 30 MINUTES!! His car never moved. Carlos C. He would not answer his phone and Papa John's would not answer the phone!!! My food is cold and I am in a hotel.

3:00 PM, Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024.Absolutely the rudest person on the phone with me regarding my online order. All I wanted to do is NOT pay what I believe to be an automatic tip of $4.36 to make a $21 pizza that I have to take home, bake and serve to myself.All I got back was "We have no control over the tip you payed" and I just wanted to cancel my order, reorder and pay a $2 tip for a $20 pizza.A 10% tip for no service other than somebody doing their job sounds more than fair to me."We can't cancel your order... we have no control over what YOU did online."I tried to explain.... "cancel my previous order that I want to pick up in 90 minutes, I will send another order in and give you a $2 tip"It all went downhill after that.The young girl I talked to had no idea how to deal with a customer who simply did not want to pay what seemed to be a mandatory $4.36 tip and replace it with a $2 tip to pay to somebody that is ONLY putting ingredients on a piece of uncooked dough. Nothing like ... "Can I please get some water, or cook and deliver my food, or 'can I get you something else before I give you your tab?' " or ANYTHING other than doing the job they were hired to do. Just like I did for 4 decades.I wish I got a 20% tip for all the work I did in my career as a design engineer just doing my job without any customer interaction ... I'd be rich and laughing all the way to the bank.This young lady will grow up someday and become capable of dealing with customers at a pizza joint that doesn't even serve pizza. They just MAKE pizza. But for now.... she isn't.

Ordered from this location for the first time on Valentine's Day. Thought the process was speedy and efficient. Did not have a problem with our order and the meal was great. Their ingredients seem of a higher quality compared to other chains in the area. The store is clean and you are greeted promptly.

The pizza was piled high with toppings. I could have literally used a fork to eat it. It looked good and tasted good Best thing Papa John's Pizza EVER This Denver PJ's showed up on the pizza game!!?

Incorrect order.Late delivery.Cold pizza.No one answers calls.I wish I could rate lower than 1.Avoid this place!!

This is the worst restaurant takeout/delivery I've ever tried to work with there. Employees are incredibly rude and they can't get an order right to save their lives.

Just ordered breadsticks, and wings through ubereats paid for my order they forgot to put the pizza sauce when I only enjoy my breadsticks with pizza sauce. I know it's not a big deal but when I also payed extra for some garlic sauce they should have made sure I got what my order came with I called to let them know the guy just laughs and tells me they put the sauce in the box everytime and says it's Just pizza sauce. Terrible customer service awful experience.

I always like papa John's pizza, they have not disappointed me yet. I can always go back and order in the future. It's served on time also.
