Papa Johns Pizza

I get Papa John's pizza at least once every two weeks and really enjoy the food. I always ask for extra sauce and they always make it just right.

Please update your hours came in tonight and they were closed a whole hour at 15 minutes earlier than the time said on page

Every single thing about the papa John's promise was avoided on this delivery. If you are an English speaker good luck completing your order, after being told it would arrive to me in 30 minutes at most it proceeded to take an hour and fifteen minutes. Every single pizza was cold, including the desert cookie. Every garlic butter dipping sauce packet was slightly opened when it arrived and all boxes were completely drenched in grease halfway up the side of the boxes. When I called to check on my order and figure out where it was after waiting for 45 minutes I was told that they had no records of my order after my card had already been charged and they could not help me. They said to try to contact the call center of papa John's which I had already done and was transferred to the specific location I was speaking to.

Paid $50 for a bland pizza and the smallest wings I've ever gotten. Not happy at all....

I came into this store ordered my food and paid after this lady was touching the phone the register and my cash she then proceeded to the dough to start my food without washing her hands I politely asked her if I can have a refund or if she can wash her hands she refused my refund and refused to wash her hands then called the cops on us.. they take your money then call the cops.. poor management and poor service DON'T EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ASS PICKING HANDS ALL OVER YOUR FOOD

Ordered online they charged my card but never got confirmation so contacted the store and the manager proceeded to tell me that apparently the snow makes customer fucking psycho then hung up on me. I proceeded to go to the store and she then called me an asshole and told me she wouldn't do business with me. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me!

Definitely wouldn't order here anymore. If you visit in person it's really dirty and the staff is really rude. Also smelt like fish for some reason. 0/5 stars.

Place a order with Jason for BBQ chickrn bacon pizza no bigger than a plate and bonesless chicken wings the order taker did not add the wings and its crazy for gluten pizza 10 inch 25 bucks they are robbing people for a pizza personal pizza I asked for my total why ask for wings if he is not going to add to the order

Had a late night hankering for a good pizza, cheese sticks and wings. Should have saved the money I spent for a sit down restaurant. Got the xl cup pepperoni pizza, bacon cheese sticks and roasted sauceless wings. Was so disappointed I couldn't even eat a full piece of either product. Was very dry, almost no sauce and tasted like cardboard. The pizza had an unexpected extra zing of spice and was so mad about the waste of money it was I just put it in the fridge and went to bed. I used to love Papa John's, even the location next to where I work, but they've gone downhill with each location having its own issues. Just so overall disappointed I won't use them anymore. Even had an issue while ordering for delivery through their default Uber service. Then when I called the store the employee tried to be so nice he sounded like he wasn't hearing me only to be on a circle of generic comments pre selected like a recording but not truly resolving my issue. I had to message the driver directly once one was assigned.

Made my pizza with NO sauce when I specifically ordered it with Alfredo sauce, I do not recommend going to this papa johns
