Papa Johns Pizza

Thank you so much for the over baked, cold, one hour late pizza that you could not even bother to cut. I want my money back. And the Grub Hub driver did not give me a receipt. How do I get my money refunded?

Well the rating has not changed but they are having a bigger issue you cannot place an order online and if you call you get a call center in India they are also unable to place an order and when they transfer to the store directly it disconnects. Tough way to run a takeout pizza business ¡!!!!!!!

Not impressed! I'm not a pizza eater but I kept seeing this pizza on TV and said I want to try it and see if I might like pizza welllllll nope not happening I'm disappointed and well just not happy it was a waist of money!

I was just thinking to myself she's on half of my pizza sounds deliciously sad. Kind of like the guy behind the counter. If you were to smile I think it may physically hurt him.

I ordered a paparita (I think it was called). It was delicious! It had so much cheese it was dripping out the sides. I only planned to eat half, but somehow, that 2nd half disappeared! I also got the cinnamon pull apart bread. One word. Yum! Enough said! They were having a special of choose two items for six dollars a piece. The food arrived hot and well before promised time. They still accept cash at the door. If I had one negative it would be that I couldn't find soda on their menu. Will definitely order again.

Usually we are ordering from this location.Very nice pizza,very good price and nice employees.Always pizza be ready before the picking time up.Also they have delivering if you want.

This place is a joke, I placed a late night order and got a text message saying that the order could not be delivered and they called multiple times. They did not call or knock on the door. I called immediately the number that texted me and it kept sending me to voicemail. I then called this Papa Johns location to try and remedy the issue.It was 10:55 and they close at 11 but instead of answering my call they continued to pick up the phone and hang up so they wouldn't have to deal with another order before they closed. I called 7 times and 7 times they kept hanging up on me.I then called Papa Johns 1800 number to try and resolve the issue the next day. It gets forwarded to some where over seas and the people you are talking to cant hear you clearly. The whole experience is a joke.

you can never rely on this place. You can be craving something at some point and then you think of papa John's and it just ruins your whole appetite. The only place that knows how to burn food and serve it to customers with no issue. The only place that doesn't read a customer's order if I ask for a 8 piece pizza bite I will only get 6. if I ask for an exchange of pizza sauce, I want garlic sauce. The dummy's still gave me pizza sauce. TWICE. something is wrong with this place especially this location

It's decent as far as carbon copy fast food pizza goes. It's not my first, second, or even tenth choice for pizza but I'll eat it if there's no other food.

We usually have been pretty satisfied with Papa John's. Our last delivery on July 9, 2022 was awful! Our order took a couple hours to be delivered (estimated time given was 45-55 min). Our thin crust veggie pizza was undercooked & doughy. The kids cheese & pepperoni was terrible too. Not sure what happened this day, but everything was terrible. We threw it all away. It was inedible.
