Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered ahead online. The clerk was friendly and gave me my pizza order right away. Pizzas were ready on time and hot. If you are a rewards member, you get a free chocolate chip cookie dessert dish.

Ordered from this papa John's from the mobile app. Accidentally put in the wrong address (two of the numbers were flipped) , had my old phone number on there as well so they couldn't call me and by some miracle William was able to get my order to me! I can only imagine the difficulty he must of gone through to find the right place. Honestly if he had given up I would've totally understood I probably would have. But nope William pushed through and got it to me thank you so much William! Can't wait to share this story and let everyone no this is why I love papa John's their dedication to making the customer feel appreciated and going above and beyond the job thank you William hope this finds you and you get the props you most definitely deserve!!

This is our local papa johns, it is currently open (despite what is posted here). We normally pick up, the speed is always great and the pizza is good for what you're getting. Good for a quick, consistent bite

This place is a scam. I placed an order at 5:57pm and tried calling around 30 min after to see when we could expect delivery only to be hung up on several times. The phone rings but they pick up and hang out without saying a word. Their trackers keeps saying 89-99 min and it's already been an hour and a half as I am typing this. Save your lo

This place is horrible. I literally called when I was sitting in the store to see if they answered and the 100% pick up the phone and hang up on you if they don't ignore it. I watched with my own two eyes. Last time, our pizza had no cheese lol then they remade it and forgot to cut it. Tonight we paid for stuffed crust and they charged us for it but we got regular crust. This place is a scam and needs to be shut down, and it's filthy and disgusting. Calling the health department on this mockery of a pizza joint.

Called to order, was routed to India. Ordered, and was told 30 min on delivery. Called back after 60 min 4x and can not get through to the shop. Finally called back and pushed 3 to place a "new order", got India again. The gentleman was very friendly, then said he was going to forward us to front of the house. He conferences in the "front of house" and the call got dropped 3x now. Ridiculous. Called another store, same thing they just route u to the store, the call drops. Yeah, no.

Customer service and accountability in Colorado needs some work. This place is just another example of the substandard service industry here with the all too familiar attitude and vibe. Dismissive attitude and had no regard for their ERROR clearly spelled out on their website even when it was pointed out to them on the spot. This place would be being doing the world a HUGE favor by closing up shop. Would not be missed!

Terrible online experience. Ordered online at 8:30 p.m and the delivery time kept getting pushed further out every couple of minutes; from 9:15p.m to 9:40p.m. Eventually it was marked as delivered and guess what, we never got our food. Called the store and asked manager to attempt another delivery; his response "naa I'll just refund your money" what a fking joke because most places were closed.

Order wouldn't let me cancelled the pizza and delivery keeps calling me in the middle of nights waking me up! They ke harassing phone calls and demanding me to pay when I had problems with facilities interfering the internet!

Terrible. I should have known better after giving this location a second try. My pizza was 2.5 hours late from the original time I placed my order at 5:48pm. What should have been a 55-65 min wait time ended up being 2.5 hours! I ordered a 2 topping pizza and received cheese. Since this location closes at 8 pm and I received my pizza at 8:15 there was nothing I could do. I also had to cut it myself the ratings for this location speak for itself.
