Great service, food & accommodating staff both online & in person - idk why other reviewers expect American chains to treat them like royalty

I placed an order online and figured I'd give them a call to see if they could play Cupid and do something sweet for me. The guy that answered the phone was awesome! I asked if he could draw a heart on the box before it was sent out, and he agreed! The pizza box was delivered with a ton of hearts drawn on the inside. It's the little things.

I've been working my behind off at Orangetheory and tonight called for a cheat meal: pizza! I ordered from the Papa John's app, used some Papa Dough I had accumulated, and redeemed by birthday treat of a chocolate chip cookie cake thing. Husband and I threw down on our separate pizzas, and after three slices I tapped out. This is the prettiest and one of the tastiest pizzas I've had from PJ, ever! Thanks for pleasing the eye and the belly!

Legit ordered a pizza 2 hrs ago and it still hasn't arrived. Is this the first time? No. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

Diarrhea. :( I don't know what else to say to make this long enough to warn everyone that I read a review from this store about food poisoning, still ordered anyways like a dummy, and everyone has been having diarrhea since. :(

Ordered here twice. Once they dumped my pizza at an address two blocks away, and wouldn't pick up my calls. Then, they delivered a cold pizza and cheese bread, and they were both tiny and looked thrown together.

First of all, your presentation sucked. The toppings on one of our pizzas were all clumped together, leaving the middle area kinda bare. The other pizza was unfortunately missing the pineapple that I paid for. Upon entering the store we stood, waiting to see an employee to get our pizza. When he came to the front he gave us the pizza but not the Pepsi and extra sauces we had paid for. Fortunately, we asked him to grab our Pepsi before we left. But he did not include any sauces. We will not get pizza from this location again ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Horrible delivery services that were double the time frame. No cooperative accommodations. Ordered extra Philly steak and barely got any. No customer service. Not even one star.

Welp totally suck- especially online orders. Haven't done In like 3 months, but ya, this isn't good food management. So now won't order again I feel.

amanda sucks and was rude as hell. the staff sucks the manager was a jerk and the service I got was horrible. don't waste your time on these people.
