Panera Bread

Came here on a Friday morning around 745. There was one other person in line, and it took over 10 minutes in the drive thru. I order two bagels both UNTOASTED. lol It took a long time for such an easy order. The food itself is fairly consistent no matter what Panera you go to, but the service is awful. The individual working was rude and clearly annoyed - I'm not sure why though. Very odd location. I will try and avoid in the future. I don't recommend coming here unless you have a time because they are not quick and if you are okay with bad service.

I get sucked into this place at least once a year because my kids like the green tea but I always leave feeling like we completely overpaid! $30 for a 1/2 Cesar salad w/Mac n cheese, a small soup and and a green tea. $8+ per item is too much for what you get. My daughter calls it "overpriced hospital food", it should be half the cost. They throw in a piece of French bread, but the crust is beyond hard and crumbles if you try and break it to eat. I would much rather not get the rock hard bread (it doesn't get eaten anyway) lower the prices or have the portions match the cost. You could do so much better Panera. Your prices are ridiculous.

If you're craving broccoli and cheese soup from here, just go down the road to Walmart and buy it from the deli area. It's not watery and it's just all around better.

Literally the worst. This place is a f*cking disaster. They should get rid of the menu entirely and just ask how much you want to spend on food since they never deliver what you f*cking order. If they want to improve, they should just pave over the entire lot and use it for additional parking at the other establishments in the area. 0 out of 1000. Worst Panera in existence. Everyone should be fired.

The counter clerk told me that if I used the app to order I will get $10 off my order since I have T-Mobile. After downloading the app and placing my order there is no such promo. I wanted to order plain egg sandwich on focaccia but menu shows I can only get bacon and egg on focaccias and I am vegetarian. I opted for plain egg on brioche but got served egg on focaccia bread that was smeared with bacon grease. I was so hungry that I just ate it but it was really nasty. I didn't realize it was recycled bread or however that happens until later.Also ordered a dozen sliced bagels to go and made it all the way home to find 12 unsliced bagels. Instead of tossing them in the freezer for lunches, the bagels are aging in their box till I get more time off.A line of customers was quickly trimmed down because the main cappuccino machine was broken.

This past Friday, we ordered lunch delivery for a board meeting at a building/suite across the street from the Panera Bread location in Northglenn. Ordered via website and it was noted to expect a 20 minute delivery time - the specific floor/suite number was included in the order. 40 minutes later, no food. Looked at the site and it said it was delivered. One of our team went downstairs and the bag of food was left in the lobby behind a planter. Really??? They also never include butter for the bread. TERRIBLE customer service.

This is now the second time I've had issues with my food. I ordered an Italian sub and they put the wrong toppings and meat on my sandwich. It tasted gross compared to other Panera' I've been too. Then today, i got a bagel with cream cheese. As I was putting the cream cheese on I noticed it looked odd ( looked like cottage cheese) looked at the expiration date and it was expired. Gross. Last time I'm going to this location.

Lots of employees standing around, yet not a single clean table in the dining room that was 80% empty. Crumbs were everywhere and one mess left on the floor. Dirty dishes bin was overflowing. One employee took a vape of something from a friend just outside the door, who took off in a hurry as we approached. Food is ok - they forgot the croutons and cheese in the French onion soup. Where is the management at this location?? They are Missing In Action.

The salad I ordered was described as having chicken. My salad had no chicken and to be fair I was offered a new salad. I declined that as upon being seated and looking around the place was filthy. Lost my appetite. No longer interested in visiting this Panera location.

Food is usually good but last few times the bread was over cooked and they gave us a burnt bear claw! I do also think they are over priced for their food! Also I'm sad they took away the southwest salad it was so good, but this is the company not the locations fault.
