Panera Bread

This Panera is always a reliable go-to for a quick meal to pick up. They have never gotten an order wrong for me. I love their chicken and wild rice soup with a baguette side. This particular soup used to be available only on certain days of the week, and then it was discontinued for a bit, and I was so happy when they brought it back. And now it's available every day! The baguettes are always yummy, too.

I recently came into this store, as I am starting to feel excited about the fall menu items that will continue to be listed. I am very pleased with the excellent service and attentiveness I received from their employee Tony. Thank you so much!

Good, fresh food. Friendly, accommodating staff. This all made for a great dinner with the family. Hard to go wrong with Panera

Terrible service. A woman who looked like she was the manager walked by me 3 times without acknowledgement. When she finally came over, she didn't apologize for the wait for barely say anything as she took my order.

Food is really good here had their bread bowl and French onion and broccoli cheddar soups.

Panera, please keep your restaurant clean. I arrived at 3pm on a Sunday. It was mostly empty yet my family and I could not find a clean table to sit at. Food all over the floor. The employees were not busy- there's no reason someone couldn't have cleaned the tables off. It's like this every time I come here.

Used to be my go-to breakfast place, but prices increasing and differentiation declining. Bagel sandwich and coffee will set you back almost $12 with tax now. They stopped offering over-easy eggs on their breakfast sandwiches (was a nice differentiation), and have now stopped real silverware. Can go up street for full sit-down breakfast with (4) bacon, (2) eggs, French toast (or biscuit and gravy, or pancakes), hasbrowns for $13. Still a nice place to occasionally visit, but spendy for what you get. Panera, if you are listening, maybe bring back runny egg option and coffee deal? Otherwise my business, that used to be 3x a week, will remain at 4x a year!

I enjoyed the smoke house BBQ chicken sandwich so much that I went back the next day for the pick two and enjoyed it again with a cup of the tomato soup. Also like the chocolate chip muffin tops that are not overly sweet. It's a very clean restaurant. Good customer service; Brendan especially to note.

This particular Panera has the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and one of the rudest managers I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. There are no signs to indicate which counters are open, which ones are being serviced, which ones are not, and by whom. If you do pick the wrong counter, there are no apologies made if other customers are allowed to cut in front of you. If you complain, the manager takes no culpability for the inefficiencies. There appears to be high turnover, and I do think the workers try their best in spite of the poor management. I used to order the chai here, but it was always extremely watered down, made incorrectly, or both! The only reason I continue to frequent this Panera is because it has a convenient location, (decent) free wifi, and no other cafes within walking distance. If there was literally any other cafe with healthier food choices within a 5 minute walk of this place, I would prefer to be a regular there.

Please stop holding order hostage behind the counter. No one is at the register when i come in so i have to stand there waiting while my food gets cold and my kids are in the car. You stopped offering curbside which is annoying and now i have to wait for the cashier to grab cookies and make coffee while my food stares at me.
