Panera Bread

As far as Panera's go (and a lot of big chain restaurants) this one pleasantly surprised me. It is a large location; and seemed to be cleaned and updated. They even had an outdoor patio, which I had never seen at Panera before! Service was friendly and prompt, and my food (green goddess chicken salad) was delicious and fresh. It's not in the best location- it was off of a busy road and near a strip mall- but I would come back for the cleanliness and food quality. I was a little taken aback and a cherry pastry was 5.00! But it looks delicious.

I walked in, wasn't acknowledged by anyone that works there. Since no one would talk to me I ordered from the kiosk. I wanted to pay cash but there was no option to do so. Finally I was able to get the attention of an employee, he rang me up and I paid. I had to get a code to use the restroom, which is understandable. Once I entered the men's restroom I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness, it was absolutely disgusting. When I got my food to go the bag was sealed. I got in my car and was about to leave. I decided I better check the bag. I only ordered two items and one was missing. So I had to walk back in and wait around for someone acknowledge the customers waiting at the counter. Panera is slipping big time. It's over priced and the service is horrendous. Figure it out Panera.

The staff are always super friendly here! I normally just order drinks or bagels (both of which are good) so I can't speak much on the rest of the food. Glad to have this in the neighborhood!

The only reason I ordered from Panera was because I was desperately hungry. Their food was disappointing. I was not greeted when I walked in and the folks behind the counter had their back to me when I grabbed my food.

The BEST service. Very warm and comforting atmosphere. Felt very safe and taken care of while I enjoyed my meal.

The reason for my negative review is as follows. 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 four cheese soufflés on their APP for pickup.When I picked up I did not check what they had put in the bag. Well it was 2 Bacon and Spinach soufflé which my wife will not eat. So I spent $17.58 incl a $2. Tip for wrong food.Then to add to insult I stopped in again today to get 2 chocolate chip bagels and cream cheese. At the same time I spoke to the manager about the wrong order 2 weeks ago. SHe looked at me like "deer in the headlights". But did say sorry and did not offer to do anything more.Well I got home with the 2 what we're supposed to be chocolate chip bagels only to find out they had put raisin bagels in the bag. Oh and they forgot to put the cream cheese in my bag but at least I checked before leaving but had to go back in to get the cream cheese.Talk about poor SERVICE and making no effort to correct. I will never go to this Panera location again. I have Einstein bagels available a few blocks away.

The workers at this location are nice enough, but for the insane prices, the portions I received today were laughable. My half a sandwich was legitimately 3 bites of food and the cup of soup was a few tablespoons. To top it all off, they were out of virtually everything I ordered. Chips? We're out. Tomato basil bread? We're out. Chocolate croissants? We're out. I've noticed a lot of Panera's closing recently and I have a feeling this chain won't be around in a year. I won't return. Like, ever.

I've always loved Panera, however- the price gouging has gotten ridiculous. I understand that everything is more expensive these days but Panera is not at the level where pricing should be higher than literally everywhere else. I'm sorry but $10+ for a kids meal? A tiny cup of Mac and cheese and a bag of chips? And no drink included. A regular fountain soda for $4.29? We opted out. We can get better Mac and cheese at chick-fil-a. No wonder the Panera by my house is shut down. Can't remember the last time I ate at Panera and spent less than $50 on soup and sandwiches for 3 people. Not worth it!

The "new" Ranch Cobb is a pathetic meal. Damn me for not reading the fine print. I expected a small Cobb salad that's $12 to include chicken or turkey. Upon very careful inspection, I found about eight tiny chunks of processed bacon, none larger than the fingernail on my pinky. Oh! And also a whole lot of unappetizing, limp, pink, pickled onions. So basically, I paid $12 for a lot of lettuce, pickled onions, and a small boiled egg with tiny bacon as garnish.

The worst service !! A new glazed cinn Amin roll without frosting for well over 5$. Story told me that it was wonderful until I uncovered a truth. Beginning early April a new menu and doubtful baked in store but delivery determines new items and how prepared. I'll never go again. It's a fast food food way of doing food! I was told that "sorry, but living in Denver is expensive" . Like telling me "too bad" Take it or leave. It!!! I left it!!!!!
