Panera Bread

I recently visited Panera Bread and had an exceptional experience. The store was clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every customer was well taken care of.I tried the broccoli cheddar soup, and it was absolutely delicious--rich, creamy, and full of flavor. It's definitely a standout on the menu. Based on this visit, I can confidently say I will be coming back for more. Highly recommend Panera Bread for a satisfying meal!

Dear Panera: we're so happy to have you in the neighborhood! We desperately need more options out here for coffee and healthier food. This place is brand-spanking new! It's a lovely open plan layout with lots of comfortable seating. The coffee is fresh and hot and the bagels are warm. My son loved his chocolate chip bagel. Corporate: please bring back some gluten friendly bakery options! I want to add that the staff are super friendly here. We were greeted warmly by the manager and everyone working here was cheery and helpful. We'll be back again soon.

None of the tables in the restaurant were clean. Cashier did not speak good English and did not understand our order. Received the wrong sandwiches. They did replace them however. The food was good as it should be for the price you pay at Panera. I'm surprised at the lack of cleanliness and good customer service for a newly opened establishment.

Panera used to be a good reliable chain with good food... No longer. I am a breakfast sandwich fan, a couple of years ago Panera used to have delicious egg sandwiches, lots of eggs, pretty good bacon, melty cheese on top of a solid tasty almost sourdough ciabatta. I had not been to a Panera in a few years because there was not one near me and better non-chain options exist. Today I stumbled into this new location, ordered a breakfast bacon and egg sandwich on a ciabatta. I received a minuscule amount of scrambled eggs and two ultra thin pieces of bacon on a small piece of baguette. No ciabatta. The baguette looked like it was the size of bread you get as a side with your soup. Nothing else in the sandwich and the bacon and egg was so paper thin, I tasted nothing. Literally nothing.Come on Panera, do better before you go out of business.

Horrible phone service to questioning customers. Unclear answers, doesn't really care on the phone.

The service was just okay and the portionsAre horrible paying 16 for a salad for the plate toOnly be halfway . Always on their phone in the kitchen and never paying attention to paying customers.

Probably the worst Panera location I've been to. I've been multiple times and the soup is always lukewarm and lumpy, they always forget to give me my bread side, and the eggs always have black ash on them from a dirty pan. This location is not up to par with other Panera locations.

Freshly made food and good coffee, my husband had sausage and egg sandwich in Asiago bagel, very good. Caramel late and americano hit the spot. Friendly staff and they make sure they got your order right. Some tables are not clean after being used otherwise floors are clean and areas are well lit and spacious.

Took forever to get our food and on top of that they gave us dirty silverware. The people on the table next to us also got plastic in their food.

The food is always delicious, the service is very fast and the employees are amazing to talk toooooo.
