Love that they're still offering Beyond orange chicken at this location. It's so good and I can have a complete vegan meal when I order it with chow mein, greens and spring rolls. I'll keep coming back at long as they keep offering it.

Yes, I am Chinese but even Chinese people enjoy some orange and sesame chicken. Lol don't judge me. Cause I probably wouldn't bat an eyelash if you asked me if I wanted some Panda. Okay, so in my opinion...don't get the family pack. Waste of money in portions to getter the larger meal. The larger meal is the container from dollar scoop Chinese restaurants plus's a tiny meat portion extra. For $25. Definitely worth it. Dear Panda Express... please make your fried rice better. It has no flavor. You can do better then that. Thank you.

Food is always hot & fresh when i've had it. Courteous and helpful staff. Can't complain for good quick fast food.

We stood there for a good 15 minutes before anyone started taking order from the line. I get the one person on the register can't help and the cooks can't either but the guy who was taking online orders could have stopped for a few minutes to get the line moving. By the time we were helped, the line was to the door and more people were coming in. I get there is a shortage of people wanting to work at a job without benefits but this is ridiculous. People in standing front of you should have the priority for service, not people ordering online. If you have 30 minutes to spare from getting in line to eating, feel free to stop by. If you see a line, go somewhere else.The chicken was way more than the double plate and the food was hot. That's why it got 2 stars instead of one.

It looks the same way as it did after I saw an employee leave the restroom 30 minutes prior.

This is the second time I've eaten here and I've gotten sick.I ordered food on the app yesterday. I don't normally care about the food taking longer than expected if it's ensured that it's cooked properly. The staff was nice and I saw they were setting up announcements for new food items.My husband, my brother in law and myself ate and now all of us have food poisoning. I ate a little bit because it tasted off, but my husband and his brother both had to call out of work. I'm running to the restroom every few minutes.If you're looking for some food try anywhere else in the area. Getting sick from here once it happens sometimes. Twice? Run.

The food is good as always, but that's where it ends. I was completely ignored by one person who was supposedly making another order, but she never even acknowledge me, so I didn't really feel welcomed. Then the person who did take my order, didn't really listen because I said five times to make it this way, and then she shortchanged me on the shrimp and overloaded me with vegetables and then she didn't even give me any silverware or a fortune cookie. All in all, you might want to choose another panda express because they don't really treat customers as well. The facility was nice looking, but again, and Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired

Just passing through but 1st time here and never again. One thing girl giving food at start of line just plain rude, bad customer service, not willing to help. Kayla is her name, well at least that's the name she had on her name tag. I didn't eat anything but the rest of the family did. I just hate bad customer service. Company should not have anyone up front who can't portray a friendly atmosphere, take Kayla to be a cook or wash dishes away from customers

They took for ever to do my order due to no chow mein, plus did my order wrong after clearly repeating my order.The first time I came the amount was poor but didn't complain. Its a thing every visit sadly.

Suggestion for staff and management as I've experienced this multiple times at this location.If you have a line for prepaid pickup orders and some bags are ready, take 10 seconds and ask a person their name to hand over a ready bag. Today, I was fourth in the pickup line while my bag was ready the moment I walked in but instead I watched the worker PREPARE 2 other to-go orders in front of me instead of going down the line to ask for names to hand whatever was ready on the shelf. I don't mind waiting in a line on a busy night, but we order online for rapid pick up for a reason and the process could be improved.
