The portions are super small. Also, i ordered beef broccoli as one of my entrees...what i received was broccoli with small specks of beef...very disappointing. If you don't have enough meat, then wait until the dish is refreshed. Don't just serve the vegetables. I was a regular at the Brighton location and was excited they finally had one closer to home in Reunion, but I won't be going back. If you have the time, go to the newish one near Prairie Center. The portions there are bigger and you actually get what you ordered.

So, we ordered our usual through the app and were scheduled for pickup at 4:40. Ordering was super easy! Now, I understand and support any precautions that need to be taken for our and the employees' safety during the pandemic but leaving a customer's food, unsupervised and on a table at door is not okay. (Door was open and table was unmanned!) Luckily, we arrived about 10 minutes early and were able to prevent it from getting too cold. When we got home, after a 3 min drive, I had to microwave most of our food. This also made it pretty soggy. I also realized they didn't include fortune cookies. I called the store and spoke with Tai who apologized but didn't understand the problem. Needles to say, if I wanted microwaved food for my family, it would have been easier and cheaper to buy a frozen dinner.I love Panda but I have to say, this has been MY WORST experience ever!!!! And the food was just bad.

Checking in! Definitely a pleasant surprise.The staff today at night (740p) was definitely lively and friendly today. I was greeted, offered a sample, then a drive through order finalized, then I hear a big and energetic "thank you" from the whole staff to the driver. That was awesome! It was definitely a delight to see the staff smile and I felt reenergized. My order and the process was great. Food taste great. Props to the EVE shift(or to whoever is working at this time). Please keep up the great work!

I have never had to write a review ever I don't think it's ever worth it as a business owner I know they can be impactful at times. But this store needs to get their s*** together. Rude employees, waiting over 20 minutes for my food when being told it would take a couple of minutes employees talking while things are coming out and plates just sitting there. And when I say rude I mean speaking disrespectfully to someone just because of an accent. Luckily someone without an accent was there to notice their rudeness can't imagine how unconvinced they must've felt! (Sarcasm) I can't imagine someone on a time crunch having to encounter the rude and incompetent people at this store. I will definitely be getting the word out about this to hopefully save others from experiencing this. Please do better with this location.

I went through the drive thru and everything was fine she said she would give me my total at the window I went to the window and paid and my receipt had everything but the total. She told me to pull up front and my food would be take out to me. The receipt said 7:06PM I waited patiently but after ten minutes I was thinking they forgot about me. I waited 15 minutes for my families food. I asked the lady what was going on and she didn't have an explanation so I said was the food not ready yet and then she responded. She did apologize for the wait then. But I asked nicely if in the drive up if they could at least let people in the future know that it will be awhile.... or more that "just a sec"Just got home and there is so much chow mein and not very much entree I am so disappointed especially since the wait and I love panda
