Panda Express

We are staying at the Holiday Inn Express as we are leaving on vacation tomorrow for South Carolina, our kids wanted Chinese and my wife found this Panda Express. Service was friendly and very accommodating, the food was hot and loved that they had the bowls. We got Beijing beef with lo mein, spicy sweet and sour chicken with lo mein, crispy walnut shrimp with fried rice, side of lo mein, crab ragoons and vegetable spring rolls. Place was clean and if you like Panda Express this is worth trying, just need to be sure if you need soy sauce or teriyaki sauce make sure you ask for it, we ended up with all sweet and sour sauce lol.

Most definitely have picked up since last review and they most definitely keep their word to make your experience better if you don't have a good one so honestly I can't see why the low star ratings as the food is good please don't base your rating based off just the experience how was the food how was the service? Service is very good every time though they can get busy specially around dinner so I like to order online and they don't disappoint as my order was ready before expected time and hot and fresh at close to closing time that's top tier customer service though I didn't sit down the ambience is dim very chill and clean always when I step in keep up the good work GVR Panda !

the food was okay the servicr was absolute caca the lady employe was so rude but it was pretty good there was lot of people and it gave anxiety and like couldnt think what i wanted

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered through the app with the delivery option to be delivered to me at work for my break. I placed the order for 6:30 and never got my order. I called the restaurant and they can't help me because they put the order through doordash. If I wanted to use doordash I would have. I would have gone to get my food but after seeing the delivery option, I decided not to, thinking that they actually had what they said they did.

The food was terrible. It was all cooked good, but the food tasted like dirty dishes. The rice, teriyaki chicken, and chow mein.

amazing food a bit pricey but overall it was awsome I think the reason this Panda Express was a 2 star was because people remember to write bad reviews but forget the good ones ;]

I order big plate with steak , they only put 4 little pieces of steak , don't waste your time and money,this is the worst panda Expres , very bad service , they never put wet floor signs because I almost slipped and fell all because they didn't have a wet floor sign.

If I could give 0 stars I would This store is the worst the employees are rude they charge me for soda and the soda was flat which I tell to the cashier and she just laughed I definitely not coming back here

Very bad service, fodd was ok, the lady at register was very slow, Anne was her name and I mention her name because I've notuce the lady at the fryer wasnt wearing gloves and she was grabbing raw vegetables with no glove, I mentio this to Anne and instead of adress properly she ask me if I speak spanish so I can told the lady to wear gloves, is not my job ti tell her employe basic standards of food handle, on top of that when she went and told the lady about the gloves, she pointed at me she should just tell her employes to follow basic standars without compromise costumers, and last, few minutes later the same lady qas not wearing gloves again

Went in happy and excited to eat panda so I ordered chow mien beef and broccoli and teriyaki chicken asked for Fresh chow mien because there was mainly celery and onion the worker ignored me and gave me that then I asked to wait for fresh beef and broccoli because there was only broccoli little to no beef and she argued with me that 2 tiny specs of beef was enough to call it beef and broccoli I asked for a manger and she said she was the manager i didn't want the food at that point and I was mad but didn't want to continue making a scene since i felt bad the other customers had to see that and honestly it was horrible service will not be retuning and I recommend anyone that reads this to go to another location
