This place is amazing. Tucked in a gentrifying neighborhood holding its own! Everything we purchased was fresh and delicious.

The Plato de Flautas / Flautas Plate and The Carne con Papas y Chile Verde / Beef with Potatoes and Green Chili were so good, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for authentic mexican food!

Not a bad place to get more traditional Mexican food. Super simple and basic food lots of bakery items to pick from, I personal can't eat them but my kid likes the "long John" she says its not as sweet as American "donuts" and so she likes theirs better. The Chile is not spicy but flavorful. I really enjoy their queso enchiladas and my kiddo like their Chile cheese fries. I've also had a Mexican hamburger before did not care for it as the meat was overcooked and dry. My husband had the caldo de res soup and said he enjoyed it.

8.00 for a breakfast burrito and water, I'll pass and the counter chick was extremely rude she just kept saying 8.00 and I had called and a breakfast burrito is 3 .95 so is water 4,00? Plus I hate breakfast burritos made with hash browns. Use potato eggs and cheese. No meat. No chili still got chili and hash browns. I've had much better for a lot less money. I'll stick with my spot across from Sloans lake, bomb breakfast burritos and a freaking water for a heck of a lot less money.

I'm trying to be kind because I see the potential but..I think they need new bakers, the sweet bread is so bad! Chocolate muffin was dry as a brick and the other types had weird colors and weird looks (very unprofessional).Next time if I stop here I want to try the tamales and some food. Hopefully that let me with a better impression.

Nice hidden gem! The variety of sweets was good. I would give it a 4 but the sugar donut was a little raw in the middle. To be fair the employee offered to give me another one at no charge which was a nice thing to do (I passed, but appreciate the offer). The conchas were a little dry but the pineapple coconut baked good was yummy! They also sell soups, which seem to be popular, there were people eating there and someone taking soup to go, that would definitely be worth a try! I'd go back when I visit Denver to try those sugar donuts again!

The sweet bread is either hard as a rock or it spoils by the next day. I purchased some bread on a Sunday (yesterday) 5/20 and by this afternoon (Monday 5/21) the bread was growing mold. This panaderia is known for selling old bread. Stay away from this place. Most people don't look on the inside when eating an empanada and I'm sure someone would've bitten into this and not noticed. Yuck!

I had lunch there today and was very disappointed. I hadn't been there since before Covid when I really enjoyed it. Today I ordered the Chuletas (pork chops) and half the pork was inedible. Full of fat and grizzle. It tasted really good but too much waste. And the price was $14.99-not worth it. Maybe I ordered wrong. Seemed like a lot of people were eating menudo, caldo de res or some other soup. If chuletas are on the menu I usually order them because I really like them. Too expensive and not worth it I'm sorry to say.

BEST MEXICAN FOOD EVER! Everything was just amazing and so enjoyable from the rice to the tacos to the SALSA the dessert, absolute 10/10 on food no questions. And the service just made everything that much better when I came in to order for the first time. Gonna recommend and come back!

Love this spot. Breakfast burritos are a great go to. They have decent tamales and the trencitas, one of their pastries, are great for los munchies.
