Panaderia Mexican Food Taqueria Chapala

Bruhhhhh. This place is like finding gold in the trunk of an old beat down car. The place looks sketchy, but I had to try it because all of the reviews. First thing I will say is the taco is on the small side but makes up for it in the packed flavor in every bite. The smothered burrito was OUTSTANDING from start to finish. It was so huge though I had to fight to finish it. For light eaters they'll need a to-go box or can share it. Definitely a gem for Aurora.

I thought I have ever reviewed this Mexican Bakery and Taqueria establishment, but I could not find the listing in my Yelp reviews. Oh Well.Came here for Lunch with Mary on Saturday March 30th 2013. This establishment offers Mexican bakery, and some of Mexican food, that includes, Menudo, Smothered Burritos, Tacos, Tostadas, Tortas and the House Specials to name a few. You make your order at the counter. The lovely lady who takes your order will then send your food to the table where you will be seated.There are a few seating available in this establishment. The service was prompt and the food came out hot.I cant recall what Mary ordered but these were the items I ordered this afternoon :First Round :1 Cabesa Taco1 Lengua TacoSecond Round :1 Carne Asada (Steak) Taco1 Tripa TacoI decide to order them separately coz I prefer to eat my Tacos hot, hence Round 1 and Round 2 respectively.Each Round Order cost me with tax $3.58 respectively. My total lunch cost was $7.16.The flavor was there but it does not WOW me as much as other Taqueria in town etc etc. If I am not mistaken, the pricing of each Taco that I order was between ($1.50-$1.80). As with regards to the portions of meat in each Taco, it was just A-OK. The lady who took our order also offer us 2 bottles of Salsa, one of Green and the other was Red. I prefer the Red Salsa or sauce coz its more spicier than the Green one. I so wish they could provide more options in terms of Salsa bar in which this establishment does not have.Nevertheless, I DO NOT MIND returning to order other stuffs with Hubs, when schedule permitting. Horrible customer service, cashier was rude. We walked in & was not greeted, & are currently in a pandemic, so I had my mask on but my son did not. He's not even 2 yet at the moment & doesn't tolerate a mask in his face so the lady at the cash register told me in the rudest way to put a mask on my son because it was owners rules. I understand they're concerned about their business but there was nicer ways she could of approached me about it.

Ight everything went good when we walked in we ordered our food 2 smother buritos one asada and one tripa the wait wasn't long assuming that it was going to be good but the horror I was going to see when I open the box it came with. it looked like they microwave the buritos the sauce was just terrible they even gave us the rong order of buritos this shit is a real disgrace of the montbello community fuck that spot and their microwave food

I come here only for the tortas!My torta comes with asada.I dont even have to ask for a jalapeno, they know a torta must be served with a jalapeno.

The most delicious tacos! They are simple, but perfect. Pollo is my favorite. The staff is beyond nice. Best kept secret

I work near by and come to this place often. The chile rellenos are AMAZING!The staff are very kind and helpful too.. The Tacos alpastor are also really good. Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot.

I eat tacos quite often. These rank on some of the best I've had. They are tiny but the flavor is awesome. I ordered 6 asada tacos for 6.50. I am thinking of going for another round. This would put a end for me eating expensive tacos. If you want good tacos go to a diamond in the roof like this place. Try them and you won't regret it.

Best tacos! I am from New Mexico, and I was craving some good Mexican food! I came across this place, and it is by far the best tacos ever! So much flavor in every bite. There red salsa is amazing too.

Bomb bomb bomb and nothing else to say. The tacos are tiny but pack all the goodness you need. The pastels are bomb and not overly sweet! Perfection all the way around. The chef is very considerate an the girl at the register is friendly and professional! I'm so happy the reviews were spot on! Hopefully they get 5 stars average before the year ends! Yes! They are that good! It's clean and. Open! They play young music which I love! This could be the new young people turn up spot if we had more to offer in the bellos. It's bomb and I'm happy to be getting my tacos and churros!!!
