Ovest Via Ristorante

Finally, a great Italian spot on this side of town! My wife and I have been several times and always had a great experience. The food is delicious, the drinks are fantastic, and the service is solid. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, with a darker, more intimate vibe that we really enjoy.The menu isn't huge, but it covers all the essentials, and I actually appreciate that it's more adult-focused rather than super kid-friendly. It's nice to have a high-quality dining option in Parker. Prices are on the higher side for the area, but as long as the food, drinks, and service hold up, I don't mind.The only downside? Parking can be a little tricky if you go during a busy time, but overall, it's a great spot that we'll keep coming back to!

We had a wonderful meal with great service. The arrancini was something we hadn't tried before and it was delicious. The Caesar salads were some of the best we've had. The braised rib ravioli was amazing and the fusilli con salsiccia was great as well. We topped it off with a tiramisu that was worth the wait. So glad to have a restaurant of this quality in Parker.

I have been a weekly patron of the Douglas and was excited when Ovest finally opened. I sat at the bar, ordered and waited for 55 min while everyone around had been served a left. I asked if I had been forgotten about and if maybe I could get some bread or something to hold me over, he said he would check. 15 min later he delivered undercooked ravioli and bread. I had him box it and I paid my bill. I proceeded to Potifinos and had a great meal and great service. Very unfortunate, and unrecomended.

We've been here as couple time since opening. The ambience, the incredible food, the service, that's why this is such a great restaurant and becoming so popular. Everything's so fresh including the scratch made sauces and pastas, you have to make a reservation because word is getting out there and they are very busy for a reason, it's amazing!!

The food was just ok for me. The service was excellent, but it felt like just an extension of the place next door. No decent options for kids (like a cheese pizza or spaghetti meatballs). And tiramisu should not be ruined with berry jams or crunchy whatever those were (in my opinion). The lasagna, pesto and mussels were all ok but not great. And the tiramisu without the additions was delicious. Seems like a lot of people were there but honestly we won't be going back. Felt very meh, overall for a $200 dinner for 2 people.

This restaurant WONT make it with these prices. A Caesar salad for $16 without meat. Ridiculously expensive

Everything was amazing. The setting was beautiful. Everybody was so excited and helpful. The food was phenomenal. I had the chicken parm and my husband had the short rib with risotto. We also shared the beef carpaccio. Everything was delicious. We can't wait to go back. All of the staff were so attentive and sweet! Highly recommend.
