Their food truck was downtown so gave it a try. The food was quick and workers all very nice. We both got the original pork gyro and thought it was very good. Meat was crispy and flavorful, were generous with tzatziki sauce, and pita was slightly crispy. I'd say the tomatoes and red onion could have been chopped a little smaller. I did get whole large pieces of red onion a few times. Overall, thought it was a good gyro, quick service and good portion sizes! Would eat again!

Best gyro I've had in Colorado! Had the beef/lamb with feta fries and splurged on baklava. Customer service was also fantastic and eager to help. Will definitely be back!

I gave Original by Greeks a try at City Park Jazz. I hate to say it, but the chicken gyro was really disappointing; the pita itself was really doughy and I did not enjoy the sandwich -- the chicken lacked flavor, fries were beyond soggy, and the tzatziki was not tangy enough to tie it all together. I rarely don't finish my food, but this was one of those occasions. I thought the sandwich tasted neither like an authentic Greek gyro you'd get on the streets of Greece, nor the tasty Americanized version of a gyro, and instead just fell flat. The staff was super friendly and I am hoping I just caught the food on an off day, but I'll likely opt for another food truck next time.

Saw they were at the Tennyson St Fair. Was excited to give their plant-based gyros and vegie pita a try. Per event website, food trucks scheduled to open at 11:00am. Walked by around 11:30am, not open. Around 12pm saw someone putting out condiments, so went over to see about ordering. Employee rudely stated they weren't ready yet. When asked how long until they opened, was told 30 minutes or who knows, maybe longer. OK...umm why are you being rude to me when I am trying to give you my business? Why no apology for not being ready an hour after you were supposed to start selling, with no idea if/when you will open? I get it, things happen, but at least be civil to people, no reason to be a jerk. Would never try eating here again.

The new location on south Broadway and illiff is so good! Very impressed, the food was delicious. Super authentic flavors and the lamb chops were cooked just right. We'll be back again. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Good lamb gyro and dolmas. Nothing too special, but it's a good food truck with decent green food.

Bought a döner kebab at the Christmas market and it was probably the worst sandwich I've ever had in my entire life. For one, they didn't advertise that they were sold out of the bread until you got to the window. The bread is what makes the döner so good. Otherwise it's just a gyro. The spicy sauce they put on there was ketchup. Absolutely disgusting. There wasn't a single bite that I enjoyed and that cost me $16.

The food was pretty good, and maybe I'm used to "American Style" gyros, but this was much different. I think my expectations were that this would taste more similar to the gyro I'm used too. That being said it was still good and I'm glad I tried something different.I do think they needed to add something to the feta fries, it was simply fries with a little feta on top. They should have added oil or lemon or something additional to get the cheese to actually stick to the fries.Overall the food was pretty good, but nothing that sticks out as memorable.

I will start out by saying that the lamb gyro I had was good, with an authentic taste to it. Service at the drive-up window was prompt and friendly. Not sure I will go back, though. . .as I waited for my gyro , I watched an employee (male) inside talking with other employees, and his hands were CONSTANTLY in his long hair. . . .stroking it, tossing it back, scratching his scalp LOL. I am laughing now, but not so much when he was the one who grabbed the napkins, utensils, my food and handed it to me. Sorry, but that is not appetizing at all. It's a simple thing: when you are working in a kitchen that serves food to the public, maybe consider a hair bonnet if you have a bad habit of constantly (and I do mean constantly) touching your hair. What happened to cleanliness in the kitchen? Keep your hands outta your hair when you are serving food to people. Good grief!!
