After having tried several Mexican places this one makes the cut. But there is a caveat. There are barely any decent restaurants around Highlands Ranch area despite being in the ninth richest county in US. Food wise I'd say their salsa tastes fresher than other spots. Tacos are decent. Definitely has Mexican taste to it. Rice and beans are again better other places. Now for the mainstream items. Tacos can be decent at times. So are their fajitas, while the Chimichangas are more on the fried side. I haven't ordered any specialty entree so cannot comment on those but seems like their food is fairly decent overall for a regular lunch or dinner. Since all of my orders were to-go, I cannot comment much about their service but we had our fair share of missing items in the order and then manager said she would send the missing item in the next order, which never arrived. Plus their phone services are unresponsive and hard to get hold of.

Have no idea why there are negative reviews??? Outstanding service, drinks and very tasty well priced delicious Mexican food!!! Have been here recently on the Fourth and the Servers were running to keep up with the crowd! Server was 100% perfect!!! Bar tender's new Marky Mark after Mark Wahlberg Margarita was delicious!!! Food was hot and ALL superb!!! Conveniently located right off C-470 and Quebec and County Line! Why wait so long for a table at Los Dos when you can get a table with friendly welcoming staff right away even with patio seething!!! Have been here three times in the last few months. Always EXCELLENT and I am very picky about where I dine!

Ok, are there better Mexican food restaurants out there? Yes. But can I depend on OTB for decent and quick Mexican food? Yes. I know it used to be more popular in the past but I still go occasionally. I would much rather eat here than some other places.

my spouse and I went there on Saturday, 1/6 for dinner. My husband ordered the Ultimate Fajita and a side of grilled jalapeños and I ordered a side of guacamole. The fajita's didn't come out sizzling, they were lukewarm, the chicken was dry and instead of getting grilled jalapeño, the waitress ordered deep fried stuffed jalapeños! My guacamole had no flavor and I had to put salsa in it for some flavor. We've been here before but this was the worst Mexican food we've ever had!

Went with a couple of friends after work just to have a drink at the bar. We all had work in the morning, so no one was getting torn up, literally just one or two drinks per person. The bartender acted like she was pissed off that we had the audacity to show up to her bar on a Friday night, sour look on her face the entire night, acted snippy and smartass as she went down the line asking for our drink orders, annoyed that I didn't already just know what specifications to give her about a jack and coke rather than just asking me how I wanted it. She took about 20 minutes to get us our drinks, there was maybe three other people in the entire restaurant, so who knows wtf she was doing. She then barked at another couple that sat down at the bar that "someone else was already sitting there" and when I offered up my seat to them, I was on her shitlist for the rest of the night and she started interrogating me about drunk driving when I asked for my second (and last) drink like 40 minutes after the first one. I doubt she'll ever read this or give a damn one way or the other, but do your damn job and stop being a whiny pissant. You don't even have a difficult job, you're a middleman for grabbing a bottle and pouring it at an establishment that sees maybe ten people on a busy night. The people you were supposed to be serving have REAL jobs where they get fired if they come in with an attitude and refuse to actually do their work. You clearly don't have any real problems in your life if you're this pissy about having to do your easy ass job of serving five people that want one to two drinks over the course of an hour and a half and you need to grow the hell up and stop acting like you're too good to have to make your way in the world like everyone else.

2nd time trying this place out as the location closest to us is closed and the food & service sucked the 1st time. We decided to give it another shot to see if it was a one off, problem that they fixed. I tried the new "Grand Papi" was pitiful! Multiple items were burnt & flavorless and when we complained the manager didn't seem to care. My daughter's fajitas had NO seasoning, the rice was hard in places. The beans were solidified on top, and were overall hard to eat. The things that were fried were either incredibly hard and burnt, or a not good frying job. It was just so sad. Our server clearly didn't care about serving us what we wanted, as when we ordered, my daughter had ordered no guacamole. When we got the food she got guacamole and my husband nearly didn't get ANY food. Right after we had ordered someone came over to ask if we had ordered jalapeño poppers, while we didn't, so obviously there isn't too much order either.Clearly not a good cook much less the wait staff doesn't care about you nor does the management! Not a shock that the restaurant was 95% empty on a Saturday afternoon for lunch.

Terrible service. A customer at the door had to call the restaurant and tell them they we're waiting to be seated. Then the manager came out, didn't apologize and made a joke about it. Unbelievable. Queso was runny. Food finally came out and it looked like it had sat under the warmer for quite some time. Waiter was in his own little world and looked like he was on drugs.
