Omelette Parlor

I have been coming here regularly since moving to the Springs. And I consider it my breakfast place.The food is top notch and fresh. I've gotten to sample most of the menu, and it's always delicious.I love the decor and the history. It's special to me also that it's in my neighborhood. And the service is always friendly and prompt. Everyone that works there is always in a good mood. I feel comfortable at a place I can do my best egg puns, and get new ones in return.I've never waited longer than ten minutes to be seated, and I've been there on very busy mornings. Worth the wait, because you're served very quickly.I just wish there were smaller portioned offerings on the menu for ladies who just can't finish these amazing dishes. If you left this place hungry, it's because you didn't eat. 5 stars, A+++ experience all around.

We went there for breakfast after doing the normal tourist jaunts to the Garden of the Gods. By then we were pretty hungry for really good hearty breakfast. The Omelette Parlor didn't disappoint. The menu has a very eclectic feel to it. Try the green chili. My daughter wrote a nice review of this as well. I had to have the pancakes with an omelette and there were nice and tasty. My wife and daughter tried various dishes so that we could share and enjoy the various breakfast items. I will say we all left full and satisfied. There is a small little gift area where you can buy t-shirts and other little tourist trinkets. We bought too many :D If you're in Colorado Springs for vacation or a local I'm sure you will be happy with your meal.

One of the best local breakfast and brunch places in Colorado Springs. So many options and everything is made from scratch.Personal favorites are the French toast and Ruben sandwiches.

We had the World Arena stuffed croissant, chicken fried waffle, pecan pancake and they were all delicious. Big portions, friendly service and great atmosphere for a breakfast/lunch place. We will be back.

This was a great place cute and very good food! Large portions and delicious!I was there very early and had there half price omelets and and order of pancakes both were delicious! I took home more than half for two more breakfasts at home! I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

I been meaning to try this place for a while, every time I drive home from work I see that the place is packed. A friend came to visit a couple of weeks ago and we decided to go there for breakfast. The place is very cute and old school looking, my favorite part was and area with a bunch of potted plants under a skylight. We got a very pleasant lady for our server (can't remember her name as I'm terrible with names) she was very nice and efficient at her job. As far as the food goes, it was a very American breakfast kind of place. They serve a lot of food (I couldn't even finish it, which is rare). I had the garden omelet, I believe it was called. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best I've had. I did enjoy the potato's that come with the omelet.

The Best breakfast in town is the Omelette Parlor where portions are large. Every month they have a different pancake of the month. This month is lemon poppy seed Our favorite and today is my husband's birthday. This was our second trip this month for this pancakeRochelle was our waitress. She was wonderful & had a great personality. She brought my husband a special treat for his birthday. My husband ordered the Colorado breakfast & I had CC's combo. The food and services is always great!

Absolutely adore having breakfast here. It's cute, quaint and tasty! While this place is busy, it moves quickly and is worth the little bit of wait you'll have to wait. The food is fantastic and the portions are big! I can't ever finish my food when I come. I'll let you decide if giant portions are a good thing lol. My only complaint is the odd choice of cup they serve their tea in.

Great breakfast spot! Friendly and attentive service. Family vibes. Food was good and flavorful. The green chili is amazing. I was told lady who makes it was from South America and it's her families special recipe. The coffee was good, my parents loved their omelette.

waited way too long for our food. people that were seated after us , received their food ahead of us. The waitress stopped at other tables and chatted with other customers while we waited 30 minutes to get our food. we will not dine at The Omelette Parlor again
