Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I'm giving 4 stars mainly for our server. I believe her name is Kayla, or Karla. She makes us feel so welcome every visit. She is on top of every thing before we really know what we would need. She should be a trainer! My only complaint about the food is there is never enough sauce. Which ever pasta you order, red or white. We always have to ask for more and more and more. The food has been very dry lately. I like this location for comfort though. The place is big and they spread out the guests. I'll go back just for our server.

We always know exactly what to expect from the food and it's always good. What I want to comment on is the service. Tonight we had delightful service all around starting with the young man hosting who genuinely seemed happy to see us and then sweetheart Connor as a server. What really impressed me was watching all of the staff interact. I watched multiple staff greet each other while walking past as if they are friends, offering to help each other, giving knucks, smiling and catching up while passing each other. I don't know if everyone just got their holiday bonus or what! (Kidding ;)) everyone just was so cheerful and sweet and respectful to each other that it caused me to watch and notice. Just felt like a really happy night here tonight!

Service here was fast, competent, and professional. Our waiter was more than happy to assist us in our menu choices, answer questions and give suggestions. Our meal included the never ending soup and breadsticks, which is aways a treat since I can order one bowl of one flavor and then refill with another flavor. The build your own pasta entree is also a good well priced meal. friendly service and good food is always tops for me.

Hubby & I came in for dinner. It was packed as usual. The wait for just us 2 wasn't too long though. The food here is always good. We just did the soup, salad & breadsticks this time. It was soooo stuffy and hot in the restaurant. Our pre-made salad took foreverrr to get out to us. Our drinks came after that. Then the breadsticks took even longer. The chick behind me was soooo loud and annoying with her voice, we didn't even get a second round of food. I was ready to leave.

Sad I have to give one star but the server was THE WORST SERVER IVE EVER HAD! His name was Tony.. heard him talking to his coworkers saying how he didn't make enough tips. Didn't refill our drink once, seemed like he was in a bad mood the whole time... just make sure if you ever go eat here to ask them to not let you get sat with tony

Shout out to our server Scotty. I was visiting in town with my sister we come every year to red rocks. I've been working in the food and beverage industry pretty much my entire working career and she blew me away with the service she provided. Her service and personality is one of a kind! Thank you Scotty

This is a nice restaurant, with usually good service and consistent food, so it's a 'safe' option that we honestly enjoy on occasion, but it's not 'special', great Italian food. Portions are small, prices are high and you truly fill up on salad and breadsticks. If you're looking for authentic, 'wow' Italian food, this is not it, but it's good, familiar and a cozy 'feeling 'place to have a family meal now and then.

I go a few times a month with my mom. She's 86 and really enjoys the pasta. We love the chicken tortellini Alfredo. Ssooooop delicious!! I am a big fan of the Zappa Tuscana soup too. Always delicious

Every dish is truly awful. The salad was wilted, the breadsticks were room temperature and stale. The Tour of Italy had something that was rock hard in it which I almost chewed down on. The Chicken Marsala had an offputting taste. For $30 dish with tip, consumers have the right to have higher expectations for their money. The servers are kids who speak loudly about other tables, complain about "just being sat again", or have conversations with friends that are visiting and sitting at a table. The hostess who's job is to greet people was rude. There was truly nothing redeemable about this location. I wouldn't eat there again if it were for free.Edited to say that I agree with the other reviewers - the place is run by kids. Do yourself a favor and go spend $100 elsewhere.
