So dinner on a Wednesday night, 6:30 p.m. We were seated quickly, what looked like the side room. Looks like the place may be getting new flooring? Cold atmosphere. Out of a few draft beers, so that was a disappointment. But here is the part that made me have to write something. 4 of us; 2 draft beers (no specialty beer, just local) 2 teas, 2 sodas, mozzarella sticks, 2 orders of Bavarian Pretzel sticks, Chicken tenders, 2 individual pizzas and a tall order of wings. The wings were amazing, as always. No matter how many times I hear, the wings are never a disappointment! Unfortunately for the pizzas, they were greeeeaaaassssyy which made the bottom of the crust soft and nasty. Like eating raw dough. Our server was really nice and attentive, so I mentioned it to him, but it did not get the attention of the manager, at least that I know of. Certainly not our server's fault. I have to say, that dining lately, this came as a big disappointment. Our bill was $120.00 for good wings, beer and tea. I can't help but wonder if the business is on the way out and we just don't know it yet, because that was a tremendous let down by our favorite restaurant of 22 years.

We went to an event tonight, but hadn't eaten all day so decided to go to Old Chicago before heading to our hotel. When we got there it didn't seem busy so my husband checked to make sure the dining room was open. It was 11:00pm; the dining room closed at 11:30. It was just the two of us so we figured we could order and eat fairly quickly.I have a disability and use a wheelchair. We struggled through the two entrance doors (which is pretty standard everywhere), but once we got inside, there was a chalk sign right at the door that we could not get around. This was not really a big deal, as we could easily push it aside, just an annoyance after struggling through the doors.But then I read the sign: Join us in the bar! My husband then looked in the bar and, of course, there were only high-top tables. There was no host/hostess at the door to ask about alternate seating so we left. McDonald's it is!It was just so disheartening. We were tired and hungry. Maybe this wouldn't have mattered if we weren't. But getting in and out is hard enough without the added frustration. So--tonight, zero stars for disability access. Number of stars for the food and service? No idea.

I hadn't been to an old Chicago in years, but my niece was selling coupons or some thing through school so we bought us a part of her fundraiser and ended up there for dinner the other night. Our server was friendly and efficient and the drinks were pretty good and the food was pretty good too, we ended up having chicken tenders and fries and a pizza. Definitely took home leftovers.

Old Chicago's pizza is always delicious and pretty consistent at multiple locations. I've been to this location twice and both times the service was good. However, this location is a little older and more run down than some other locations I've been to. It does have a ski lodge vibe though, which I like. I like that Old Chicago keeps it interesting and fun with the mini beer tours and seasonal rotations of beers.

The service is unparalleled, they truly make you feel welcome and the staff is super friendly. If you're trying to eat healthier or have a gluten intolerance definitely order the cauliflower pizza! You can eat the whole thing and not feel guilty afterwards lol

This place is pure trash. Came here on 8/9/24 at 725pm. We walked into find the hostess (the one who looks like a Bergen from the movie Trolls) being super rude to a guy waiting for a to go order. She sat us , I tried to say hello / make small talk and she rolls her eyes at me lol. She's an embarrassment. Anyhoo ,we sat down , ordered after waiting to rider for 10 min. App came out , waited 40 min for food. The waitress Sarah came by with a couple of made up secures as to why a salad and macaroni was taking so long. Shit finally came out , said was salty , my step sons Mac was dry and crusty. Spaghetti pie was mid. Food sucks but service worse. Don't waste your time coming to this shit hole. peace

Hello. Arrived a 4:25 ordered food at 4:55 got food at 5:45 . not that hot. Was told the they had a lot of ONLINE orders! WTF!!!!! went there for a family night, not a family weekend. There were people leaving with thier togo boxes that had arrived AFTER we left.

The food was not what we asked for as we placed our order 45 minutes until we actually received food. The food was overcooked, and the food took forever. The service was bad as there was one worker and she came around once and that was to order drinks.
