It took about five minutes to be greeted, but once we agreed that our server was nice. I should have listened to the many reviews on how bad the food is. It has gone so far downhill I will never waste my money there again.Being famous for pizza should mean you know how to cook a pizza. Both pizzas we got had gooey dough in the center yet brown tasteless crust. The cheese wasn't cooked all the way... you could see the edges of the cheese shreds that looked frozen. Italian nachos were fine but they're super skimpy on toppings. Kids portions were good especially for the price. I just expect when I go to a pizza place to have pizza that's even somewhat good but pizza was a 2/5

The 3 stars are mainly for the food - the service was great. The chips with the spinach dip were very strange-tasting so we dipped the pretzels in it and the beer cheese dip. I remember their deep dish being much better many years ago than it is now. Just really doughy with not enough toppings, though I liked the Nashville hot chicken concept and the flavors were good together. Overall, definitely edible good but really average.

We always have a good time here, at this Highlands Ranch location. Great food! Clean, well lit, lots of big TVs, and good service. I honestly do not understand the low average review score for this location. Highly recommended.

We tried going to Torchy's but they said the wait for food was 45 minutes (weird, given there were no customers in front of us ordering. Maybe tons of doordash orders that night?) so we walked to Old Chicago. 15 minute wait to sit, not a big deal but it can be annoying to see countless empty tables and still have to wait.Three of us at our table. One ordered a chicken caesar salad, which he ate all of and enjoyed. Our teen ordered alfredo pasta with a side caesar. He disliked the salad and said it was "super pungent". No big deal, since caesars vary from restaurant to restaurant and you're bound to encounter a caesar that isn't to your liking. The teen liked his pasta. I ordered the chicken salad wrap. I wish the menu described what the chicken salad was composed of since sometimes you can get a weird pimiento or gherkin pickle chunk that ruins your day. In this case, there was nothing weird in the chicken salad, but it also didn't taste of anything. The pieces of chicken were huge cubes rather than sort of minced, and I didn't really like that presentation. Gigantic ribs of romaine lettuce that texturally overpowered everything. The bacon, I don't know what they did to the bacon but it was weird and gross. I only ate about 3 bites and brought the rest home. The spouse will enjoy the chicken on a salad later tonight.Service: passable but could be improved. Our waitress never brought drink refills and had to be asked multiple times for things but she was friendly enough.Won't be back, but may occasionally get the chicken caesar as take-out.

This is twice that I have ordered online and not received the correct order in the last 2 months. I ordered the Italian Nachos twice and both times requested No Pepperocinis. Both times that request was missed. The second time that prompted this weak review is that they took it back to the kitchen and did not remake it but picked off the visible ones and returned it to us as if it was correct. There were numerous pepperocinis we found when we got home under the surface of the cheese and chips. That is just maddening to me. "Let's disguise it", so we don't have to do it correctly compounding the mistake. There may be no visible pepperocinis, but the strong flavor remains throughout the dish. Grrrrrr!

Old Chicago? More like taste like literal dog shit. This food made my car smell like for a week straight. I had to have a professional detail to get to go away. I would recommend you to come here if you want explosive diarrhea.

I'm giving them a 2 cause some of the waitstaff tries to help you.Food is below average and has been for several years.Ambiance over here is a bunch of the same old men every time we go in for a cheap beer.They need a strong refresh as they have the makings of a great establishment but fail to deliver!

Hi, we didn't have high expectations about the food because it's casual and more popular for their varieties of beer on tap. We ordered a short order of dry rubbed wings & Italian nachos. There were five really small pieces of chicken on the plate for $9.49, so pretty close to $2/nugget. We also ordered the Italian Nachos for $14.49, and while there were plenty of chips, the cheese was non-existent, salami was spongy & sausage scarce. I don't blame the waitstaff or kitchen. The food was terrible but I suspect that the low quality was dictated at the corporate level to be very stingy with proteins to boost profit margins. There are many other options in that shopping area to choose from, so we won't be going back there.
