New here and came for a veteran event. Typical pizza joint and it was quite happening since it was football night. We ordered the Grand Nachos with chicken to share as we weren't that hungry. It was good and it came out pretty fast. I would like to try pizza next time. The staff was attentive and made sure everyone knew that 15% of the order goes to the veteran proceed (American Heroes in Action). Love that they're active with veteran organizations. Will come back next time when they have another event.

The food is always delicious and the consistency of taste and service from each restaurant. The food is served warm and almost always as ordered. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. The atmosphere has average noise and you can converse with you dinner party

Good experience. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. Greated quickly which is never the case at other Old Chicago's. Management was present. Bartender Whitney was awesome. Cold evening and fairly busy but restaurant was toasty. Would give another star except don't let employee's sit at bar.

Went today and ordered the Spinach Dip, which came with fried pasta chips (unique). When the waitress brought it out, it was extremely liquidy and not thick at all. I commented this to her, so she took it back and they remade it. When she brought it back, it was still not thick. I asked for some Mozzarella Cheese to add to it, to make it thick enough to eat. That did help, but it was frustrating that I, as a customer, had to "fix" my meal, in order to enjoy it. The waitress was very attentive, which I appreciated.

I Had a terrible experience with the manager Levi tonight. I explained to him that my food tasted spoiled and he did nothing about it. Not only that he was rude with his response. Don't go to this location if you are of color.

Went to family dinner and Old Chicago sounded like a good option so we went to the Parker/Arapahoe location.Upon entering, we noticed it was not very busy for a Saturday night. Once seated, it took about 20 minutes for our waitress to come and offer us drinks..... The waitress came back and took our order, she did not seem normal either being high and/or drunk...... but appeared to understand our order.throughout the span of the 45 minutes that we were waiting, and we had not even received the salads that we had also ordered but we noticed a table near the kitchen that had about 5-6 employees wrapping the utensils in napkins along with laughing and what not to include one of them dropping and breaking a plate. We then noticed at that point that a couple that had arrived before us was also still waiting for their food and so after about 50 minutes we informed another waiter that we had been waiting for an extensive amount of time and we wanted to pay for the drinks we had ordered and apparently he was aware and said not to worry about it. It is unfortunate and I typically do not write reviews but I felt that this needed to happen.

The thin crust pizza I ordered was not thin. Very disappointing. We had a large group and food was served late for several in our party, really late.Bubba's 33 has much better pizza and service.

The General manager frank is one badass dude. By speaking to him I knew he care about his employees. He help me resolve my issue about getting My tax return information. I've never met the man because I never worked at that location but another location. He took the time out of his day to help out someone that he never met, which Tells a lot about a person's personality and well-being of taking care of his own employees. Frank.
