This place never gets my order right. Four months ago, I specifically asked for no black olives in my calzone, but it felt like the cook took it as a challenge and added extra.Tonight, I gave them another chance, thinking it couldn't happen again--unfortunately, it did. This time, at least, they stuck to the normal portion of black olives.I don't know what it is about this location, but they consistently struggle to honor special requests.

Just when I thought it couldn't be worse than the last time, here we are.-Stood at the entry for 5 min and no one greeted us. The main dining room had maybe 4 tables-Decided to sit in the bar. TV on WAY too loud and everyone is screaming at each other to be heard. Sat for another 10min and no one greeted us or brought menus.-Went to the bartender to inquire and he was surly and unpleasant. I decided to leave at that point and he said, in a passive aggressive/snarly manner, "great, have a great day" and flipped his hand at me in a shooing gesture.We only tried it again because we received "Be Our Guest" Certificate for the last awful experience. We won't be back.

This place has been here since I was a teeenager! They serve the classic Chicago pizza and their calzones are the best! We like sitting at the bar area since that seems to be the most lively area! There's plenty of seats and service is fast! So once you order be prepared to eat a lot of food. The pepperoni pizza is a little spicy but I think it's the pepperoni they use. They have a good beer selection and the dining area is great for kids and family!

Needed something cold and something juicy and chicken wasn't it. I was gonna stop by the Fuzzy's across the parking lot but that place has gone downhill fast, real fast. Here I am sitting at the bar. I was greeted promptly wit the menu. Got the DIPA. Few other options were out. Got the food pretty quick. The burger was delicious, DIPA hit the spot. One glass of of rotating stock is $10.99 and burger with fries were $11.49Wowser! That is one expensive DIPA.

Review update after noticing it had been awhile. My son and I came here on a day off (day after Christmas actually) as it had been awhile since we had wings and a pie. It is a bit of a drive for us ( gosh how we miss the Southlands location soooooo much) so we do make ourselves comfortable and allow time before going to the movies. It wasn't busy for this afternoon lunchtime but we felt a bit rushed to get our order in. When we placed our app order, the sauce for the pepperoni rolls was cold and the wings just the same. Our drink orders were delayed as well as incorrect (it is hard to mess up a Tito's and Ginger Ale apparently). The pizza was fine, as was my BYO calzone. The latter always makes great for next day lunch. The booths at the bar could use a little attention as not only were they dirty but the seat coverings could use some mending. Not sure we can say anything stood out in a positive light this visit so we hope management can tend to this.

Chilis or Old Chicago Pizza was the choice. I'm glad we decided on Old Chicago! We ordered spinach dip (5/5) the chips were freshly fried and it was soft airy! Like almost a shrimp chip without the flavors. It was definitely a hit. The chicken wings were good 4/5. The pizza was delicious 5/5, not sure why this place has low ratings. Service was good and checked on us. The bar room was full of TVs so you can catch any games.

Service is still slow and I get it, they're short staffed so if you decide to come here, be prepared for at least a 20 minute wait before your order is taken. This is in the bar area. Not sure how long the other side is. Someone was waiting to be seated and they appeared to have been waiting a few. Food - we waited 15 mins and it became 6pm when happy hour was ending. It was a bother to put in our happy hour appetizer order. The Buffalo chicken rolls were slightly charred and the pizza was mushy in the middle. Server was fine.

Completely dishonest advertising, bland food, and laughable portion sizes. Also, this place uses "ghost kitchens" on food delivery apps in an attempt to masquerade as a local family restaurant. You'll think you're ordering from somewhere like "Leo's Italian Kitchen" and instead it's some washed up chain pizza place that has to lie to get any customers. The salad I ordered in particular really bummed me out. It was advertised as containing "chopped Romaine, shaved Parmesan, basil croutons, and delicious classic Caesar dressing". What I received was a small amount of wilted/browning lettuce shreds, NO Parmesan, NO croutons, and a small cup of dressing. For a $7 salad, I definitely expected a larger portion, and more than just lettuce and dressing.

The service here was great. I ordered a mocktail margarita which wasn't great, but they were trying lol. The personal pizza was the perfect size for me to also have a little left over & the pickles were great to share. The ambiance is pizza & beer, but I keep going back so no complaints there.
