Support the food trucks. This particular Food Truck found its permanent location at Jackass brewery in downtown Littleton. The young man that was working on Saturday was so delightful, was very eager to help and to have customers that support them.We ordered one beef brisket and a pulled pork. My favorite was the beef brisket. I really liked the seasoning, and then I added the spicy sauce. I can't remember the last time I had Texas toast. I WOULD recommend it and I will go back.

Highly recommended!!! I had pulled pork on a Johnny cake with a side of slaw and Mac ... SOOO GOOD!!! The vibe was awesome too. The school bus turned food truck ... so fun!!! They have great music rocking the bus right when you walk up and these guys have so much energy and excitement!! They made it fun to order and it was delicious to eat!! I wanted to stay by the food truck to eat instead of going back to the office!

Just walk by this truck and the smell tells you what you need to know! The meat is fantastic, the beans are unique and spicy and sweet, the Mac and cheese is incredibly decadent. The desserts are amazing, bread pudding can't be missed. The guy who took our order was really friendly and passionate about the food.

Tried for the first and last time. Ordered the Brisket Sundae modified, smoked mac and cheese topped with brisket. Here is the issues I had with this, 1. taste 2. meat. So the smoked mac and cheese had zero smoke flavor and was overwhelming sour. I wonder what they did, too much sour cream or just bad milk? The brisket had good flavor and plenty of sauce but oh so much fat. I swear there was more fat than meat. Too take away from my experience Ol' Skool Que don't ever get the mac and cheese.

Not sure why you would agree to be the sole food truck at a Brewery's biggest event of the year and limit your menu to 3 items (one of which you sold out of less than 3 hours into it)??? Your BBQ sundae is a sloppy mess....perhaps some people don't want to eat a KFC style bowl? Luckily there is a real BBQ place just a 10 minute walk way. Seriously. Try harder. Do better.

Everything we tried we so good! We had a brisket "sundae" - brisket, brown beans, and slaw - so super delicious! Our daughter loved the Mac and cheese and love that they have a small portion for only $4!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! It was my first time to this truck, and I was very happy. I'll start with the sides. I had the Smoked Mac and cheese which was amazing! It had a really great flavor profile. Nice hint of smoke but mainly a FANTASTIC tasting side! They gave me a side of sauce that was nice and spicy but flavorful. I don't know what flavor it was, though. Then the pulled pork sandwich I had sat between lightly toasted pieces of Texas toast, it was juicy and artfully smoked. But that Mac and Cheese was a show-stealer it was seriously the best smoked Mac and cheese I have ever had! Nicely done.

Discovered these guys at Coal Mine Ave Brewery in Littleton. Excellent BBQ! The ribs are really good. The pulled pork tacos are PHENOMENAL! They are always very gracious and glad to have the customers. Great food truck!

Got a spud plate and it weighed at least 2 lbs. The smoke was great and matched up with the sauce extremely well for a balanced flavor. The guys were closing and gave me a free portion of their Pecan Bread Pudding... Have you met my friend Ho Lee Phuk? What a revalation! One of the best desserts I have ever had, hands down. Check this place out if you stumble across it fo sho!!
