Phenomenal! We got there at 9:30 on a Saturday and glad we did. By 10AM it was packed. There's only about 12 seats so be prepared to get it to go.You can choose open faced to get two different kinds which is perfect.I got one side hamachi and one side orange marmalade and both were so good! The hamachi was insanely fresh and had fresh wasabi on it. I dream about it! The orange marmalade had chili crunch on it to give that sweet and spicy. My only complaint was the bagel did seem like yesterday's/wasn't super fresh. The topping was so good though that I'm ignoring it for now in hopes that was a fluke.

I got the Nova lox with the recommended rosemary bagel and I can't stop thinking about it. The salmon is perfectly salted and well balanced with the cream cheese and bagel ratio. The rosemary was such a nice surprise for an added flavor. The crisps of the onion and the burst of flavor from the capers made the bagel far from boring. The dill was also nice to bring some freshness without overpowering the bagel. The peach jam bagel was not too sweet and paired well with the cream cheese and bagel. They really know what they're doing here!

I usually don't crave a bagel unless I'm in NY, but Odell is the one place to change that for me. I was intrigued by their fun flavor combos and decided to go with their hamachi and salmon roe on furikake bagel. My husband had a more traditional bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel. I was blown away by my bagel halves - the hamachi was sooo fresh and so was the wasabi that was being grated on the spot. The salmon roe is marinated in house and perfectly done without being too salty. The furikake bagel flavor is also delicious and really creative to go with the more Japanese toppings. My husband's BEC was very good. Bacon quality was great and the everything bagel had a nice chew but airy at the same time. Although it is pricier than a standard bagel place, the quality and the creativity are worth it to me. Most bagel/bagel sandwich places are marginally different, but Odell's really stands out and will be a place I bring my visitors regularly.

It's been 6 weeks since my previous visit. I saw an Instagram post last night they offering 2 types of caviar to top any open faced bagel. So I came just after 730am Saturday. They were moderately busy. I splurged for the Kaluga Hybrid caviar. Got 10 grams for $ 25.50 on my Nova Lox open faced Rosemary bagel. The other side had Whitefish. Very nice. I added 2 cups (free refill) of freshly brewed Middle State coffee. I was served by Paul L. After this wonderful breakfast, I got a Pumpernickel bagel & a tub of plain cream cheese for a friend. They are offering mini pizza bagels with pepperoni or cheese. I got 6 for $15. Tori B was the 2nd person to help me. Store was clean and they welcome dogs.

I lived in New Jersey and have been trying to find a comparable bagel to NJ and NYC and Denver. Until today that was not achieved but I can honestly say that Odell's Bagel is the best bagel I have ever had! Not only can you choose two different toppings for half your bagels but the ingredients are all so fresh! Although there was a line out the door, you get in and out quickly. The open concept is also great to be able to see them prep your bagel. 10/10 recommend!

Stopped by after an appointment I had in the area and looked pretty solid from pictures. Ordered the pick two with pastrami lox and salmon roe on an everything bagel. Was a little pricey but overall the flavor, texture and quality was there. The pastrami was lacking a bit in flavor but the salmon roe made up for it. Awesome salmon flavor, clean, a little bit of wasabi, and some herbs. Also got a cold brew coffee! Was easy to order at the counter, sit down, eat, and leave

Back again to try new flavors. If you still haven't been to Odell's then I don't know what you're doing with your life. The lines have settled down a bit for a Saturday morning at 10am. Still had all options left.I ordered all half sandwiches on furikake bagel- tuna soy- white fish- nova lox- salmon roeWhen I tell you the tuna soy is insanely good I mean it. I started laughing when I took a bite because what the heck??? Not too salty from the soy and not too fishy. Perfect bite and softness.White fish is great with the dill on the bagel. Nice smooth consistency.Nova lox as well has a great salmon flavor without being fishy. Capers give it the nice salty touch to it without it being overpowered. The salmon roe is one of my favorites as it will always be something I enjoy even outside of bagels. Not so salty roe goes well with its base. Little hints of real wasabi (not spicy, real wasabi doesn't give you that nasal burn)Big shoutout to chef because you guys know what you're doing

I was prompted into trying Odell's Bagel when a group chat I was in posted about this bagel shop. When I first arrived, I was enthusiastic due to the line spanning out the door. However, my enthusiasm quickly evaporated when it came time to order.First, the pricing is on the expensive side. For example, they're charging $18 for pastrami cured salmon on top of a bagel. Second, they ran out of food. By the time I had gotten to the cash register, the lox was gone. They also ran out of all bagel types except for pumpernickel. Thus, I settled for a pumpernickel bagel with egg and bacon, which still ran me $12.50 before tax.Third, the countertop I sat down at, which was the only free space in the restaurant, was littered with breadcrumbs. Nevertheless, the food quality here is a strong redeeming feature. This bagel sandwich was absolutely delicious. More specifically, the bagel was crunchy on the outside while being dense on the inside; this high-quality bagel is unlike the bagels found at grocery stores and makes the wait totally worth it. Overall, Odell's has excellent bagels but fails on the service front. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

Odell's is popular for a reason! Fresh New York style bagels meet Japanese flavors for a fun weekend breakfast. I got the half pastrami lox on sesame + Calabrian chili cream cheese on the other half. The pastrami lox was not too salty, and the ingredients were very fresh. The BEC on plain was hot and melty. Their eggs are exceptionally fluffy and creamy. Be prepared for a 20ish minute wait on the weekends!

I've been following them since their popup days, but the schedule never worked out for me. I was so happy to see they opened up a store front. My husband and I shared:- Open Face Sandwich on a Rosemary Bagel with half Nova Lox and half Plum Jam- Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a Furikake Bagel with Calabrian Chili Cream CheeseThese are some of the best bagels I've ever had. I love that they season the entire bagel so there is no bad side. I also love that they have some more unique flavors. The Calabrian Chili Cream Cheese is incredible and made the BEC bagel even better. I think that was my overall favorite, but everything was fantastic. We got there a few minutes before they open and there was a line of 15 or so people. It moved fast though--we probably waited for 15-20 minutes total between the line and waiting for our food to be ready after ordering.I don't think I'll go anywhere else in Denver for bagels anymore.
