Noodles and Company

This place was pretty barebones in terms of, well, everything noodles. But hey, I have a craving for fresh, hot, noods, I am gunna find me some fresh, hot noods.The place was pretty empty, so oddly enough the music that was playing in the lobby sounded clearer, and the service to get me my grub was honestly the way you expect it.The mac & cheese I ordered, though, tasted different. Also, I think they changed the cheese, cause it melted only to a point where it was grainy.

The customer service by Richard and his team at this location is top notch! The food is delicious and just how we like it. The new chicken parmesan is unbelievably good! The restaurant is very clean and good vibes.

I worked at this establishment for the past year. The GM that hired me was great but left for better opportunities. The GM that replaced her and the current GM has no idea what she is doing. She has either made her staff quit or fired them. She has a severe attitude problem towards her managers and team members. She has FAILED 2 food safety audits within the past 3 months. And to save on food costs she isn't following company policy on when to toss food. She keeps using food past company experation dates. She has no respect towards her staff. Nor her customers. I have never been so disrespected and disgusted in a way a restaurant is operated. I would highly recommend a different location to spend ur money on.. half the orders go out wrong and complaints unanswered

I really didn't have high expectations for a chain restaurant in a strip mall but COME ON. $20 for two orders of "world famous" Mac n cheese that was identical to Kraft Mac. And it took almost 20 minutes for our food to come out. The icing on the cake - it was packaged in two plastic bowls and tied up in a plastic bag even though we ordered for dine-in. Unbelievable. Why anyone would ever go to a place like this twice is totally beyond me.

Too hungry, hard day. Man at the register patient while I couldn't track all the items and had trouble deciding. It's fast food-lots of veggies, noodles made perfectly. Took minutes. Tastes fine. No complaints for a fast food restaurant. Especially kind staff. Thank you very much! Kindness and patience and good enough food. Yum!

I went in to order food at 915 last night. Ordered 30 dollars worth of food tried to pay with a 100. They refused to take the money because they couldn't make change for it but also refused to check it the back if they could make change. Said we are not a bank. Ask me for another form of payment. Terrible service. Then wanted to call the cops on me. It is against the law in Colorado to not accept legal tender as payment

Bald manager in the front was very rude to me and disrespectful. He gave such a attitude when me and my girls were asking what was in the dishes. Along with that he was screaming at his employees for saying they have never ran a restaurant before and so.

Manager left early at 9:15 (store closes at 10pm) so lady upfront can't take instore orders. Fantastic way of running business.

They forgot the chicken for the salad AND the cheese sauce for both orders of Mac & Cheese. $33 for a bowl of lettuce and some Dry elbow pasta.

so salty not edible Ordered the LEANguine. woul be perfect except for the saltiness! too much!
