Nicolos Chicago Style Pizza

Our go to for pizza night. My husband is a Chicago native and we are so thankful to live next to such authentic deep dish. We've never dined inside, rather order online for takeout. Our favorite "toppings" are Meatball & Pepperoni. We would love to add Jalapeno but the couple of times we have there is maybe 2 tiny slivers in the whole pie; that's my only complaint. The sauce is absolutely finger licking delicious, the cheese ooey-gooey & crust cooked to perfection each time!

We were craving deep dish Chicago style pizza and nicolos did not disappoint! The pizza was fantastic and the Caesar salad wasn't bad either.

We get deep dish delivered from Nicolos and it is absolutely delicious and always arrives hot! The crust is great, and they do not skimp on the cheese. Highly recommend the deep dish!

Considering I haven't tried deep dish before, I took the plunge to see what it was all about. Upon recommendation from the staff, ordered up what is like their supreme version of deep dish. Sausage, peppers, mushrooms, olives and lots of sauce. Fast, tasty, crunchy crust. Really great!

Stick to the pizza. I tried the eggplant Parmesan today. It was probably the worst eggplant Parmesan I have ever had. It appeared to be a frozen, breaded eggplant cutlet that they reheated. If they can't serve a decent eggplant Parmesan, it shouldn't be on the menu. Given how bad this was, I wouldn't trust them with anything other than pizza in the future.

Honestly best pizza in Highlands Ranch I love it so much. I got a small normal crust pepperoni and a small cheese deep dish both are so good and the deep dish makes great leftovers because cheese is on bottom and sauce is on top, but I can't choose which one I like more so I just get both lol. Highly recommend!

I've been to Nicole's twice. The first time was fantastic and Ive been craving it since. On my second visit, I got the wings (great wings and Blue cheese) and the 10" Hawaiian deep dish and the 10" Four Cheese deep dish. Me and my kids were the only ones in the restaurant at 12:30 and it felt like it took a while to get the food. When the two pizza arrived, we were speechless to see two hand tossed crust pizzas. We literally sat and talked through the order process for a few minutes rehashing what we ordered and whether or not we were clear. The waiter was no where to be seen so we finally decided to just eat what we had. The service was not great on the 2nd visit and I didn't love the hand tossed pizzas. The crust was hard on the Hawaiian and the 4 cheese pizza was not great. Three stars because my first visit was so memorable but unfortunately, too many misses on the 2nd visit.
