Their prices are outrageous and they are so cheap with portions! Then to taste their fresas con crema and it was just alright. If you want a good Mexican snack I suggest going to the Neveria on Colfax past Dayton a little. Their cheaper, have bigger portions and the taste of their snacks is way better!!! Trust me on this! Save your money!!!

This is next to the Bocaza Grill on Peoria. It's got tasty looking desserts, a bit on the expensive side and the employee doesn't speak very much English. I was lucky an employee from a neighboring store was visiting and could translate Spanish for me. All I knew was enough to order the Sandia agua fresca. MMmmmm watermelon. I had the watermelon agua fresca and the elites and it was about $10.50 total. The agua fresca is in a giant cup but still a bit expensive compared to other mexican places. They do make it fresh you can see them grab chunks of watermelon, it was refreshing and delicious. I was kinda disappointed in the elotes. The picture on the menu clearly shows a corn on a stick with toppings like you'd get anywhere else you ordered elotes. The translator did mention it'd be in a cup but I figured they just ran out of plates and stuck it in a cup, but nope! It came in a foam cup and I honestly thought they heard me wrong and gave me the smoothie with whipped Cream or a coffee drink. It was basically canned corn with mayo and chili powder and possibly cheese. It was good but not $4+tax good when you can get the on-a-stick version for $1-$2 somewhere else. I definitely prefer eating corn on the cob and not with a spoon. Overall I would come back and try a different dessert and savory dish. Perhaps the pupusas. I did still have to go next door and get tacos because I was still hungry.

I went yesterday and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I felt pushed to order fast, after that the kid forgot part of my order I payed $15 for two Sundaes.... I thought I payed $15 for 2 sundaes and an elope. I had to pay the elote in a cup $5 separately. Thats Expensive!!! Its not even home made ice cream. Its not worth it.... too expensive and the portions are small. Ill keep going to cold stone or some other place. This place does not have varieties or anything different from other places. Or anything unique but It does charge a-lot... very expensive.

This place is a true gem. The pupusas are ridiculously good, and like $6...pretty much what fast food would cost. They do take a good 12-15 minutes to make, so not really fast. But so worth the wait. Go get some pupusas.

took 15 min to make 2 elotes and they put valentina on elotes enteros. Thats not the way to prepare an elote for 6 dollars you expect something you can at least eat and enjo, not something gross. Would NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN.

The pupusas here ar rout of this world. They are a great value, and super tasty. I have tried pupusas at many different restaurants, but I'm addicted to this place, and eat here at least once a week. Great friendly service, and delicious food!
