Mustard's Last Stand

Mustard's Last Stand offers a solid, no-frills fast food experience that's definitely worth a visit. They offer hot dogs, hamburgers and chicken sandwiches. The chili is vegan with beans, so we decided on something different not being a fan of chili with beans. I tried both the char hot dog and the regular Polish dog, and both were satisfying in their own way. The char hot dog came in a poppy seed bun, the char was great and gave the hot dog a little crisp. The Polish dog was served in a toasted hoagie roll, which was a great choice--adding a bit more substance and holding up well against the sausage's juiciness.The fries were a highlight--freshly cut and crispy on the outside, with a fluffy interior that made them both delicious and satisfying with the dipping sauces we chose. All the food was reasonably priced, which adds to the overall value of the experience.The restaurant offers both inside and outside seating, and the atmosphere was clean and well-kept for a fast food spot. The service was friendly and efficient.Overall, Mustard's Last Stand delivers good food at a great price with solid service, making it a great option if you're in the mood for classic fast food done right.

Cool restaurant but hot dog was not there. I got the chili cheese dog and ended up taking a couple bites and throwing it away - not bad, just not worth it flavor wise to justify eating highly processed food.This wouldn't be as big of a deal if that hot dog was really good, but $8.50 is a pretty high price point for a chili cheese hot dog only.

Thirty years ago I used to go here all the time, and was glad to be able to enjoy it again. The food is solid and affordable, and I really appreciated sitting outside under an umbrella with a view of the flatirons.

Food was fine, but I asked for a sandwich and got a hot dog. Idk if that's their brand or something, but like. If I ask for a sandwich, I should get a sandwich.Fries were great though. Had nice crisp, and even better with the garlic parmesan sauce or whatever.

Came in here for a quick bite. Was in the mood for some chicago hotdogs. Did not disappoint to say the least. Service was quick and ambiance was homey. Good is great. Corn dogs are pretty good too

Delicious. Friendly counter staff. Devoured a polish sausage "classic style" (pictured) and went back for a bratwurst with sauerkraut and mustard. The bread is soft and holds together until the last bite. Just visiting but hope to make one more lunch stop tomorrow.

Just a review on the fries and the corn dog. Fries are solid with good flavor. Corn dog not so much. A little too salty and the texture was off on the batter and the hot dog. Not a fan of the corn dog.

We specifically asked for Seasoned fries. They did not give them to us and then when I called and complained, he said you can come back in and pay for them and we will give them to you. No problems! I specifically asked for only mustard on all three of the hamburgers And they included mayonnaise. I don't know what they're smoking down there.

Been going to Mustards for 30 years first in Boulder then in Denver. Had the craving for Chicago dog today and went to DU location. Everything was the same (it's been awhile)which is good except the Chicago dog ( a snapping vienna) while tasty was minuscule.... Could barely see it and it was $6+usd. This dog way smaller than used to be and not very satisfying They offer double dog but quite expensive They also did offer a 1/4lb char dog for almost $10usd. Just seems very pricey for hot dogs Fries were HOT and excellent and fairly priced
