Very average. Ambiance only so-so: we spent the evening staring into a closet. The chef's performance was ok, but nothing special (compared to other Asian cook-at-your-table restaurants). Food was pretty good. Benihana is about 20% more expensive, but well worth it - AND their dinners include a shrimp "appetizer " and salad!

A super solid place for a solo lunch or with a small group. I have always been immediately seated when visiting and dishes come out super quick. Service with a smile with an izakaya feel. I know this place offers hibachi too and there is a whole other section. However, the restaurant section feels nice and homie.Mt Fuji is located in a tucked corner of a strip mall. If you're not looking for it you are surely to miss it so plug it into your map software and give it a go. Great food and excellent service make for a well rounded experience!

Great Food! Great Service!By far one of the best Hibachi experiences I've ever had. Visiting family here in Aurora and they suggested we go here for dinner. The restaurant offers regular dining, and a sushi bar, as well as the Hibachi experience. We went during the week so it wasn't crowded and we were seated right away. The "hibachi show" was better than even some of the more popular Hibachi restaurants we had ever been to. Our cook was great and interacted with the group quite a bit . Now, to talk about the food. IT WAS EXCELLENT! I ordered the beef and chicken combo. The portions were much more than what I've ever gotten at other restaurants like this. I was full when I left that place. I will definitely come back and eat here again the next time I'm in Aurora.

I'm sorry but this place is terrible. It's not real sushi i'm not sure what they did with this tuna, but it was minced don't order anything with spicy tuna because it's not sushi.When we let the manager know we were not happy he really didn't care to make it right. He brought out another sushi roll to make up for the subpar sushi rolls but this one was just as bad. I would recommend going somewhere else, in fact the Mt. Fuji in Parker is amazing. Check that out!!

I live in Vegas so i feel like the food is a lil more exotic. I was looking for a different type of taste. Literally everything tastes the same lol like the rice, seafood & noodles. It was definitely tasty but that EVERYTHING had the sameee taste was a little weird. The salad was FIRE ( Yummy ). THE DRINKS!!! are like no other Ive had. literally the chef was giving us drinks from a bottle and IT WAS FUN. The desert was good as well. Long story short ill try it again when im visiting denver.

It's a beautiful restaurant. Nice helpful staff. Nice location. Dishes are beautiful, the fish itself however fall a bit bland for my taste. My son however loves it so much. He orders the sushi boat every chance he gets.

Food is trash. Chicken texture I weird and the sauce has zero flavor. Customer service sucks. Safe your money go to Benihana.
