Food is decent; not the best hibachi ever but not bad by any means. Seems like each chef has their own style--some just get down to business and cooking and some put on more of a show. So you never know what you're going to get. I shared a chicken hibachi meal with my son and it was a great deal--it was $7 extra for the share plate rather than $20 for the kids meal. It was huge portions and we still had leftovers. We ordered sushi and they never brought it out and when I asked they didn't realize we had ordered any, despite me giving the sushi menu back to the waitress and letting her know we had marked some when we first ordered. We cancelled one roll and had them bring one, but we were so full from hibachi at that point we didn't really want it. We also had to ask for refills on water/drinks. Overall a good experience and decent value for your money.

We got some veggie sushi, hibachi chicken, and a Pina colada. The chef was really entertaining and was the best broccoli tosser I've ever seen. He was spot on with every food toss into an open mouth. The veggie sushi came out first and was ok. I'm not a big wasabi or seaweed fan, but I did enjoy a few pieces. I tasted the pina colada and it was as-expected. The chicken dinner was a lot of food: salad, rice, noodles, shrimp appetizer, cup of soup, chicken, and veggies. The veggies, rice, noodles, and chicken were the main course and all complimented each other well. I had a little of the ginger sauce even though everything was seasoned well. I enjoyed the soup, but didn't care for the salad or the dressing it had (not that I went out for Asian food to have salad though). The place is larger than it looked from the outside and had seven or so hibachi tables and grills along with a standard restaurant seating area. The bathroom was clean and the staff was very welcoming.

A-mazing first visit! Exceptional service, awesome sushi chefs...delicious tasting food, hot or cold sake, great asian beer ( dont forget to add the quail eggs) and a nice selection of both hibachi foods and Asian cuisine. This is a hidden gem...check it out!

We went out with my in laws since we hadn't tried a hibachi place since moving to CO. While not perfect, it definitely fit the bill & was much closer & more convienent then the one we went to in CA.We got reservations for a Saturday night but it seemed to be pretty easy to walk in even with a larger group. I got the shrimp hibachi dinner with fried rice but got to try my mother in law's lobster as well. Everything tasted really good & I always love the soup, salad, & sauces that come with hibachi. The salad's dressing is sweeter then I'm used to but I really enjoyed it. The soup could've been a bit more substantial with the mixings but still nice and warm on a winter evening. Our chef was very quiet which I don't mind since I've never been super into the whole show of hibachi; I'm just there to eat. However I think the rest of my party expected more of a show like the other tables' had so I know I'm in the minority opinion here. We'd definitely eat here again since it was such a filling and easy restaurant to hit up near our house.

We went to Mt Fuji to celebrate with family and friends, but the meals were very hit or miss, along with the service. If I could give a 2.5 star rating, that would be what I'd go with. They do have some awesome chefs who cook right in front of you and make some excellent food, and just a fun experience for everyone. They also have others... where you just end up talking amongst your group because nothing is happening. The food can also be really good, but portion sizes, aren't always the best. Adult meals will typically get good portion sizes. But if you have a "kids meal" which costs about $20, two of my kids received literally 4 small pieces of steak as their meal's protein. They both stared at it expecting more, but it didn't happen. Needless to say, they weren't happy, so adults had to share their meals. This place can be hit or miss, most of the time it's been a fun experience, but there's also the more than random time where it just wasn't worth what you paid.

Still just the best VALUE for sushi ! Especially at lunchtime. I've been coming here for over a decade , and they are consistently excellent. I Always feel welcomed and pampered with great service by the staff! Great view of mountain too ! ( Just past paring lot , but still lovely) Relaxing temperate atmosphere with Asian light pop music adding a cool vibe ! Convenient location for treating myself to lunch while doing chores errands.... I deserve it ?

I typically go to the Mt. Fuji in Parker and I can definitely tell why after my experience tonight, it was a Friday night and the place was no where near being full like a typical restaurant should be on a Friday night!! Our cook was friendly but he cared a little more about his show than the quality of the food with everything not being done close to the same time unfortunately so some things were cold, also to mention I didn't even get my full meal with him completely forgetting what I ordered. The food had decent flavor but could definitely be better with the price you pay.

I was a little concerned about booking my birthday celebration here after seeing the reviews. But we decided to take a chance and called to book a reservation. We had a party of 7 on a Saturday night. This turned out it to be the best Habachi experience we've had yet. We were seated right away and the servers were attentive. Our Habachi chef was personable and fun. The food was cooked perfectly (my husband often complains that hibachi chefs tend to overcook the meat). There was plenty of food and we all took leftovers. The noodles and rice in particular had really great flavor. Overall a wonderful celebration and experience. We also had free cheesecake desserts for everyone as a bday celebration.

We were going to a Mexican restaurant but he didn't feel like it. He decided to take me to hibachi instead. We found parking which was plentiful in the shared lot. The hostess managed to find us space at the hibachi table. They were very busy. We decided on a filet mignon and shrimp hibachi dinner, and a shrimp hibachi dinner. He ordered Kirin beer. It was fun sitting at the hibachi table making friends. The group next to us were celebrating a birthday. We ate our salads and soups while waiting for the chef to finish the other side of the set of tablea. Then our chef came and he was personable with excellent skills. His show was fun and included the diners. Sprayed sake and water into diners' mouths. Made a flaming volcano and had a boy peeing on the flames. A spinning egg above the head of a little boy. The chef threw broccoli at us for us to catch with our mouths. One bounced off my nose into the bag of the lady next to me :) The filet was made perfectly to his specifications. The shrimp a tad over cooked but still good. The noodles and fried rice were meh. Oily and not as well seasoned. Not enough egg in the fried rice. The veggies were ok. The meal wasn't great but the experience was fun and I had a good time.
