Ok this place used to just be called Hibachi and use to get a bad wrap because it was ran poorly but now Under new ownership it's called MT. Fuji which is well known. We had an awesome time Our cook Johnny from new York made the experience even better with his conversation and cooking skills They give you a big portion so bring your appetite. We are visiting from out of town. This is the best restaurant!First off, they are so welcoming and friendly!But the food is the real treat. Very skillfully prepared! I had the squid. It was a thick steak, and the chef sliced it on a very thin angle to create strips. It's hard to make. Easy to make it overdone. But this was perfect. My wife had the salmon. She was very happy with it. In the menu they post that they add 17% to the bill that is split between the chef and waitress. I'm glad they had a spot, so I could add to that tip. I fully recommend this restaurant to you!

Yikes , we're excited to come back to this place under the management of Mt. Fuji and it was a disappointment . Everything was good until we got our vegetables. The sauce to the vegetables was disgusting and tasted super bitter and a burnt taste . Once the sauce or the juice from the vegetables touched everything was else it tasted the same way. The other family eating at the table confirmed that the vegetables were bad. The chef and the waitstaff were both told about the issue and they pretty much shrugged and gave us our check . Either these vegetables were bad or the sauce that was used with them was bad. I'll probably stick with Benihana.
