Mr. Oso by Senor Bear

With the Michelin Stars coming to CO, I kept hearing people talk about Mister Oso. I kept passing by this spot when it was under construction at the airport and finally got to try it. It's definitely on the pricier side of airport food to eat. So l decided to try this out finally and the tacos were delicious. You get a decent amount of stuffing inside the tacos. Each taco that we ordered was full of flavor. The meat was cooked well and marinated/season nicely. There is a kick of spice to it so if you're not used to spicy, definitely ask the employees which ones are not spicy so it's not a shock.The queso was just alright. I wish I had ordered the guacamole instead. Queso and chips were kinda bland.

Had a layover so we had time to dine in. Our cashier was friendly & the service was speedy. I ordered the short rib tacos with chips & queso. I enjoyed my meal. The tacos were good. The chips were crispy& fresh. They gave me a generous amount of queso. I would definitely eat here again.

Wow so disappointed! I was so looking for Mr Oso to open at the airport because their food is usually so good. I would never eat here! I got the breakfast tacos and they were made with fake / box eggs. It tasted like all of the food had been sitting out for hours. Super greasy, cold and just gross!

Relatively speedy fast casual airport service. I was pleased with my food and the service. Would also be a nice place to take a seat and eat but this wasn't one of those stops for me (this time). If I found myself around Oso at the airport again I'd definitely return.

I was seated here waiting for another restaurant's meal when Frankie came by with chips and Guac. The chips were really good and with the house made guac with pistachio sikilpak excellent. I took home the leftover guac to enjoy. Never had coconut rice before but oh my! Delicious! It's bomba rice with coconut milk, salsa criolla and cilantro. Hit the spot. I ate the leftovers with my chicken for dinner and it was still amazing. I can't wait to come back to try the tacos which looked so good going past me. The takeout box for the tacos is genius as it props the tacos up in transit. Nice seating area. Very open. Frankie was great, explaining the dishes and very friendly.

The seating is great. The service was nice. My experience with the food wasn't the same as the other review. The tacos came out and I had to look for the meat. It was so little. I got the pork tacos with fried plantain. No plantain in that taco whatsoever. The chips and salsa should be an embarrassment to any establishment. That rojo salsa tasted like it came from a jar of spicy arrabiata pasta sauce. The chips came in two bags. Weird. The price for the food I got was way too much even for airport food. The food was edible and it tasted decent but not for the price paid. I am leaving hungry, looking for another option.

I'm not sure why all the poor reviews. My tacos were really good... the people serving me were attentive - a little slow - but they wanted to make sure they got everything right. I appreciate that... IMHO, for a good taco option this place it hard to beat.

The pork tacos were delish and ready in only a few minutes! Can't speak to the table service since I ordered at the counter, but great experience with that (especially for being in a rush)!

Had the short rib tacos, which were really good! The beer could have been colder, but overall, I would recommend. Staff was very friendly as well :)

Ordered short rib tacos. The meat was tasty. Everything else was ok-ish. They make fresh tortillas which sounds exciting, but they did not fully cook them. The red sauce on the taco was not very spicy. Like that they place lime wedges with the tacos.
