Tasty coffee, great location, and friendly service! Their seasonal drinks are consistently delicious.I love both locations of monk and Mongoose (the other being in Lone Tree), but the Greenwood Village has the ease of a larger space and accessible parking... which is a big draw. I went on a mid morning Saturday, and the space was bustling! Crowded, but not overwhelming.I'd recommend if you're looking for a fun spot to make conversation over a great cup of coffee

Monk & Mongoose is the perfect spot for a productive and relaxing coffee date! My boyfriend and I decided to bring our laptops and make it a working date day, and it couldn't have been a better choice. The atmosphere is ideal for getting things done--cozy yet vibrant, with plenty of seating and a great vibe for focusing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, and it was delicious--just the right amount of sweetness and so refreshing. My boyfriend got an iced mocha, and he was equally impressed. You can tell the coffee here is crafted with care, and they use high-quality ingredients that make every sip enjoyable.Whether you're popping in for a quick coffee or settling in to work for a while like we did, Monk & Mongoose is a fantastic spot. We'll definitely be back for more working date days in the future!

Monk and Mongoose is always a solid stop for coffee and drinks. I don't actively seek it out but have decided on here a couple times when meeting up with a friend in a neutral spot. They have the standard coffee house drinks along with seasonal drinks. Pastries and breakfast food is standard as well but when I saw the egg and bacon sandwich someone ordered, it gave me a case of the sads. Staff is friendly enough as well.

Are you a Mongoose (ferocious) before coffee and become Monk-like after consuming coffee? I would love to know how the name of this coffee shop came about. I didn't ask, oops!! I'll have to ask next time!Upon arriving to the immediate vicinity, there's free parking here at The Landmark in Greenwood Village, Denver Tech Center (DTC) area. If you can't find parking in the front, you can drive to the back where there's a parking lot and an entrance for your convenience. Look for the door numbered 109, 107. There's also a mat on the inside of the door that says "Monk & Mongoose" so you know you're at the right door.I parked in the back and walked around by Ted Montana's to get to the front of Monk & Mongoose. They have a nice patio out front. I was cheerily greeted and made some small chat with the barista before ordering her favorite drink, Amber Latte. I ordered it for "Here" so I could have my name written on the saucer. So fun! They use and sell coffee from a local Denver company called Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters. If you like the coffee, buy a bag to take home! I like to support local & small business! There are different seating options here. I ended up choosing a metal barstool because it was the only smaller table available. There's a couch & comfy chairs by the fireplace near the back. Be sure to check out the writings on the wall near the rear door where the restrooms are. I got the Amber Latte served hot. It is a latte with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon. The barista handcrafted this with a nice foam and latte art. I watched her sprinkle the Cinnamon on top, trying to keep a bit of the latte art visible. The latte was delicious! I also bought a Banana Nut Bliss Bread. Although I bought the Banana Bread there, it isn't made there. However, it was one of the most delicious and moist banana breads I've ever had! They have lots of pastries and some savory items available. For the slices of loaf Breads, they are labeled Not Gluten-Free, Gluten-Free, & also if they are Nut-Free. I would return here for more caffeine! Maybe try the Spicy Chai (with Cayenne, Cardamom, & Nutmeg) or their Lavender Latte.

I've come here a few times for coffee and always enjoy my visit. Their seasonal and special drinks are always so tasty and the baristas are so kind. The pastries are just ok and sometimes seating can be difficult, but I like the coffee for the price which keeps us coming back!

How cute is this coffee shop!! We stopped by to grab a coffee and pastry and hoped to be able to sit and hang out for a bit but... Unfortunately, it was slammed and there were no seats available. Great to see them so busy with people working, having meetings, and friends hanging out. We will come back and try to grab a spot. I had an Iced vanilla lavender almond milk latte and it was amazing! My husband had a caramel latte and loved it. Monk & Mongoose is a do-over!

Great coffee spot for getting work done! One of my favorite coffees in the area! I loved the welcoming and open ambiance. They have a great selection of creative lattes which taste amazing! I also loved working here. It's a great space to collaborate but it can get a bit loud (don't recommend for online meetings) during work hours. The space is a bit small but there is plenty of seating.

I love Monk and & Mongoose, the Lone Tree location is our official "neighborhood coffee shop" and we go there pretty often. Both locations have the same vibe and good coffee as far as an non coffee expert like me can tell. The service is always friendly and this location, unlike the one in Lone Tree, has more power outlets so it's easier to plug in. I love that the Matcha is not pre-sweetened and if management read this, please open until later than 5:30!

Drinks: 5/5Ambiance: 4/5Service: 5/5Variations on a Chai Latte: 4Most places have just 1 or 2 menu based Chai lattes, if any. Here there are 4, which is exciting if you like such things. If you do not like them, then this likely shall not matter to you.The space is nice. Bright and open, more as functional and modern chic café than many others. The staff is kind and prompt, the pricing is in step with that expected for the area, and the not coffee options are several. The Monk and the Mongoose does what the Cafe is expected to do, and it does so well. It will make you happy, even if it doesn't blow your mind
